The transmission went out late Saturday night and my daughter and I were stuck. We called AAA and they sent out Warrens... and I am glad they did! We required towing and storage for a week until the transport company could get my ride home. The manager and Owner worked out a GREAT deal for the extended storage and assisted in getting it loaded up when the transportation company arrived. Stuck in the middle of Wyoming and backed into a corner it was so refreshing not to be taken advantage of. We were treated fairly and with respect by the management and driver. Highly recommend!!!!

Remind you this is a diesel repair place and mainly handle big rigs, heavy trucks etc. not too many Rv s.. we found a similar rim in Denver and I drove there to pick it up with my tow vehicle . The next morning they tried to install it and it was too large of a rim.. I called the place I bought it from and they found a rim that was a few inches narrower that I exchanged it for . So after another return trip to Denver back to Cheyenne Graeber replaced my tire from leaking rim to new rim !! After numerous off and on tire and rim removal they charged me $ 47 dollars !' It was Sunday morning as we were traveling to California from Iowa. As we were travel on I-25 we…read moreexperienced a flat tire (a piece of metal 4" long penetrated the rear passenger side tire). We pulled over to Loves Fuel depot on I-25 and they recommended Grabers Diesel Repair. The Graber team removed the tire, the metal, and used a repair plug but the hole diameter was too large so they installed the spare tire. Then they called several tire shops in Cheyenne and found a Firestone tire shop which was open. All in all, Grabers' spent about an hour plus with us and didn't charge for their time and materials. We are truly blessed by their kindness and support. I strongly recommend anyone in need of support to visit Grabers Diesel Repair. Barry

We saw elk and bison in Yellowstone, moose in Idaho, good friends in Washington and had a lovely stay in a very rustic and rural town in Eastern Oregon. K's Trailer Parts & Service were lifesavers when the leaf spring on our fifth wheel broke while traveling through Cheyenne. They went above and beyond to help us while also charging a fair price for their quality work. We had expected a bill of at least double the charge, and actually possibly even triple given that it was during Frontier Days, many repair shops would have gouged us because we really had no other options. I would give them a 10 on this five star scale if I could and would absolutely encourage anyone to use their services. They were also the friendliest group of people that I've encountered in a work environment.
