There was a "live" person who answered. I was instructed to call back the next day so they could assess the situation. No problem. The next morning at 8am (New Year's Eve), I called back. The lady said that the wrecker would be at my place by 9am. Sure enough, the gentleman was at my apt. exactly at 9am. He was extremely nice, as was the lady who answered the phone call.
