The transmission went out late Saturday night and my daughter and I were stuck. We called AAA and they sent out Warrens... and I am glad they did! We required towing and storage for a week until the transport company could get my ride home. The manager and Owner worked out a GREAT deal for the extended storage and assisted in getting it loaded up when the transportation company arrived. Stuck in the middle of Wyoming and backed into a corner it was so refreshing not to be taken advantage of. We were treated fairly and with respect by the management and driver. Highly recommend!!!!

I found…read moreonly one repair garage in Laramie with an alignment rack large enough to handle the alignment. The guy behind the counter was lacking in the local Wyoming friendliness I had come to expect. In the two hours I sat there, I watched numerous locals pick up or drop off a vehicle. He was friendly and engaging with each of them, but not the new customer sitting in the lobby for two hours. The alignment technician determined a bushing needed to be replaced; the total cost was 528.93. I thought it was expensive but agreed to the repair. When it came to payment, the closing experience showed little appreciation for the 528.93. They told my wife the bushing on the invoice was not the part they put on the RV. They had used a different bushing. They didn't change the part number on the invoice; the guy just wrote it on the alignment sheet. I was curious about the difference in the cost of the bushing they put on the RV. I called the NAPA store where the part came from. They charged me 245.99 for the bushing; that was on the invoice. When I gave NAPA the part number of the bushing they put on the RV, the cost was 19.97. They had overcharged by $ 226.02. I called the owner, Troy Trujillo, and explained the situation. He said there was a lack of communication between the technician and the front desk. He refunded me the difference. There wasn't much empathy for the 226.02 error on my bill. It was a poor experience from start to finish. I would not recommend them.

Completely under stand it, stuff happens. between the 7th of April and the day I picked it up on the first of may, they contacted me twice the day before it was done and the morning of. communication problems again I get it. stuff happens, where my problem comes in. On the afternoon of the first of may I headed in and was very respectful to the service manager behind the front desk. He told me it would be approximately 243$ aka double what he first quoted me. This was given to me without any reasoning or justification. I asked him about it in a respectful manner mentioning that when I called 4 weeks prior I had noted he gave me a quote of 120$. He immediately throws away the 243$ repair copy and changes his price on the computer to 120$. then he askes me "do you go to the tech here" I replied with "yes sir" He then tells me "that makes sense all you kids do is b*itch and complain". then proceeded to tell me I don't know the difference between a quote and a final statement. Im not sure if he gets paid on commission or salary with a bonus but regardless talked to anyone let alone a customer is unacceptable. then trying to upcharge me on a job that was extremely small. I was planning on bringing other work there but since this interaction I will NEVER recommend anyone to there service. looking back I should have drove down to Colorado. After that interaction I asked for the owners number and he happily gave me Leonards name and number and told me "feel free to call him he will agree with me". I left Leonard a long voicemail right after explaining my incident and it being 4 days later he has not tried to contact me other than there automated customer service text. I would love to speak to the owner call or in person. the ball is in there court. advanced automotive doesn't care about students or there customer service reputation here in Laramie.
