We required towing and storage for a week until the transport company could get my ride home. The manager and Owner worked out a GREAT deal for the extended storage and assisted in getting it loaded up when the transportation company arrived. Stuck in the middle of Wyoming and backed into a corner it was so refreshing not to be taken advantage of. We were treated fairly and with respect by the management and driver. Highly recommend!!!!

The guy behind the counter was lacking in the local Wyoming friendliness I had come to expect. In the two hours I sat there, I watched numerous locals pick up or drop off a vehicle. He was friendly and engaging with each of them, but not the new customer sitting in the lobby for two hours. The alignment technician determined a bushing needed to be replaced; the total cost was 528.93. I thought it was expensive but agreed to the repair. When it came to payment, the closing experience showed little appreciation for the 528.93. They told my wife the bushing on the invoice was not the part they put on the RV. They had used a different bushing. They didn't change the part number on the invoice; the guy just wrote it on the alignment sheet. I was curious about the difference in the cost of the bushing they put on the RV. I called the NAPA store where the part came from. They charged me 245.99 for the bushing; that was on the invoice. When I gave NAPA the part number of the bushing they put on the RV, the cost was 19.97. They had overcharged by $ 226.02. I called the owner, Troy Trujillo, and explained the situation. He said there was a lack of communication between the technician and the front desk. He refunded me the difference. There wasn't much empathy for the 226.02 error on my bill. It was a poor experience from start to finish. I would not recommend them.

When I contacted the dealership demanding all paperwork related to the transaction, so I can provide such information to the lending bank's fraud department and to my local authorities, they refused. I have a legal right to all documents, as this transaction still appears on my credit report, but Toyota of Laramie refuses to cooperate. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM SUCH A BUSINESS.

Here is the story: I got an appointment for a regular service on my Mercedes 2011 E350 with 120k miles 2 weeks ago. I asked about the cost of service and been told "we dont know and need to check what Mercedes instruction is". Fair enough. I left the car with them yesterday morning and havent received any update until I called them today at noon. They said "we have been working on your car yesterday and today and it'll be ready late this afternoon". Anyway, I went there at 5:00 pm and been told that it takes time to prepare the worksheet!! Come back at 6:00 pm. When I asked about the cost, I heard we dont know yet! When I went back the first thing they showed me was a screen on the computer that shows different services for Mercedes cars and some numbers which he explained as the labor cost "if you take your car to dealership" and said "it will exceed $900-$1000 just for labor". Very nasty trick to throw a high price for a psychological shock and then hit you with lower price with relief. Anyway, he put $537 bill in front of me and said "thats half of dealership charges!" When I confronted him about it and asked why you didnt tell me the cost and you shouldn't do things without consulting with me (customer), he said "you didnt say you have a LIMIT so I fixed your car". WTF does that mean and how does this justify a fat bill??? To be clear, my car was not broken and it was fully functional with no significant problem. At the end he lowered the bill to $388 but its the worst way of doing business. As a first time customer, my experience was horrible and I found too many red flags to not trust this shop.
