After a banking crisis and a Fed interest rate increase before I closed on the vehicle, was concerned that the interest rate could go up a full point or two. It went up just 0.55% which was reasonable during the general tightening of credit conditions in March 2023. Business processes were fast and efficient. When I went to choose the vehicle spent 1.5 hours with Lorenzo including a test drive around town and on the freeway. Closing on the vehicle and driving away, including Lorenzo showing me key features of the car and Taylor wrapping up the financing, took less than 2 hours.

We had a catastrophic and dangerous experience with Quality Auto City, Inc. (operated by father and son). Their practices are entirely misleading. They sold us a Nissan , assuring us it was fully inspected and roadworthy. This turned out to be completely false. Just 48 hours after purchase, the vehicle suffered a total powertrain breakdown due to a completely destroyed transmission. When inspected by certified mechanics, it was also revealed that they sold us a vehicle with brakes worn down to "metal-on-metal" (zero emergency braking capability) and completely unsafe tires. I feel they knowingly put my life and my minor son's life in physical danger just to make a sale. To make matters worse, they verbally assured us that the tires were safe for at least another 6 months. This was an explicit misrepresentation of safety. They also went back on their word after promising to cover half of the repair on the first issue, leaving us with the bill. We wasted a lot of time to finally get an agreement to unwind the sale and refund the purchase price, but they still refused to cover the emergency towing and repair costs caused by their misleading claims. In my experience, this dealership is unreliable, deceitful, and has zero professional ethics. Save your money, protect your family's safety, and NEVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS!
