Well, that was a solid "NO", but what could I do? The malware encompassed my entire screen. I was fortunate enough to know that I should NOT TOUCH ANYTHING on the screen, but who should I call for help? Thank goodness for a savvy neighbor who recommended Elite Technologies on Culebra Road! I arrived unannounced, but only had a very short wait before Mike was ready to help me. He was personable, relatable, very easy to talk to. He did not talk over me, and provided me with a lot of useful information. In short order he had my computer up and running.
