They'll ask what you need. Get some information on you and your vehicle if you haven't been in before. You wait in the car. Pay. Roll out. The national commercials show the bottled water and window cleaning. That wasn't my experience but it was quick and easy for sure. Price is about what you would expect for a quick in and out. Maybe a tad high but all the prices and services are clearly marked online. They do have coupons so maybe peep and save yourself $10-25. Doesn't hurt. I don't think this would be a regular occurrence for me but if you've somehow forgotten to get your oil changed or only have 20-45 minutes between appointments this is definitely a strong contender.

You're the driver, and Kevin and the team are your pit crew, moving with precision and speed, changing fluids, checking everything, and getting you back on the road before you can even process how quickly it all happened. They were also incredibly thorough--the only thing they found missing on my truck was a single nut from my air filter holder left behind by the last place I took it (not throwing anyone under the bus, but that was Midas). Valvoline was a great recommendation from my stepdad, and after this experience, I'm a forever customer.
