Where do I even begin (This is a raving review) I am in town visiting my mom foe the holidays and I felt the need to get my nails done- been needing some serious self care because of covid. I wasn't sure where to go and my mom suggested I go elegant nails to get them done because that's where she goes. I went and what a disaster that was. My nails were uneven, crooked, and I was so heartbroken. I paid and left- now I know I should have asked for my money back but it's covid and he provided me a service and I felt bad. So I sat in the car and tried to file and fix the lumpy, mishapen mess that were my nails. I saw BeBe nail on my way home and went straight in, this is where I met Chris and he single handed revived and rescued my nails. We had to take off the bad set and replace them and they turned out beautiful!! Not only this, but he made me feel welcomed, checked in with me consistently- getting a fresh set of nails taken all the way off is tough on the nails and can hurt but he handled my hands with care. He made sure the snap and length were EXACTLY what I expected and the proof is in the pudding. 12/10 recommend this nail salon and if you get the opportunity to sit with Chris just know your hands are in good hands. Worst service, some of the lady's were amazing but unfortunately the one that helped us wasn't the best.

I go here for ease of access in town, but I am never overly thrilled. Constantly have bumps under the nail polish, spots left on from other colors, and crooked nails even after pointing these things out. This time however, my nail was cut wide open by one of their tools, which my nail tech didn't even need to use. Once paying, there was no discount. I'm not going to complain about a small scratch but when you split open my nail bed & there's blood coming out I would assume they would attempt to handle a dissatisfied customer.

This place was absolutely amazing! I came in with a horrible acrylic set and they were able to painlessly remove them. I asked for an ombré dip with tip and the end product was exactly what I asked for. The price was reasonable as well. The technician was extremely friendly and cared for the quality of work he was doing. Absolutely recommend this place and will come back in the future!

Best nail salon in town!I've been coming here for the past year or so and love my nails every time! This is probably one of my fav sets, dipped set. Chris did an amazing job.. All the staff is great as well, all do a wonderful job. Have gotten pedicures as well and I walk out with happy feet

I waited just a few minutes for my appointment before I was escorted to a massage chair for a 20 min soak in one of their spa foot tubs. I came in with sore, blistered, dry feet and requested the Deluxe Pedicure. For the next 65 minutes, I was pampered by Jenny. Her service was fabulous! She trimmed, cleaned, trimmed more, brushed, buffed, gave me a foot & leg massage, then massaged my legs with hot rocks. She applied hot wax on my feet and cream with hot towels on my legs. Jenny was mindful to check often to ensure I was comfortable and in no pain. She then applied base coat, polish, and top coat to my nails, followed by oil drops on my nails before helping me into my shoes and seeing me to the door. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I'll certainly ask for Jenny again, and I look forward to my next visit.

Love this place! I have been looking for a new nail salon to go to and I think I just found it! The workers are so kind, and understood everything I said and mentioned. I came in with my friend and last minute, I decided to get my nails re touched. They were stained and absolutely gross (dip powder). After showing them my situation they quickly pulled me in to get them fixed. Was finished in a flash and the result was great! I will come back again :)

I went in today to get a pedicure, and it was the worst experience I had including the prior two times I went in! The pedicure was painful the woman probably spent a good 10 minutes digging into my big toe. And when she would pull out a piece of nail she would lay it on my foot probably wanting me to see! I was tense the entire pedicure. She even made a comment that there was a lot of stuff in my nail that she could smell it! Even if it's true she should keep quiet and do her job instead of being disrespectful. I'm sure she's seen worse feet than mine but anyways... After she was done butchering my toes she laid a scorching hot towel on my legs and am almost burned me if I didn't say anything. I thought that things might turn around for the better but I thought too soon when the paint job on my toe was horrific. The nail tech used an "overcoat" that was a thick uneven layer and made my yellow polish look bulky and it was a mess. I was mortified. I debated on asking her to repaint them, but I was embarrassed as the staff would stop to look at my toes while passing by and laugh, talking amongst each other. I understand I can't assume they were talking about me because I don't speak the language they were speaking, but when I see them stand closer to me just to see my feet and walk away laughing is a nightmare. I notice the woman next to me has a pricing chart of the services given, so I ask her if I could take a look and she obliges. I notice there are 3 types of manicures a basic $20 and a couple of others one was $27 and the other was $57 I think. So I think to myself that I was never asked which pedicure I wanted. When I make it up to pay she charges me $33, and I inform her that no one asked me which pedicure I wanted. So she asks the woman who gave me my pedicure across the room and she says no that she did ask me which one I wanted. The woman I'm paying just says "sorry" and asks for my card. I've heard this nail salon has new ownership, and maybe that may have something to do with the quality of their services, but I've had 3 negative experiences here and I will not be returning and I encourage many not to either. Don't go here! Not only did they cut my toe nails way to short to the point where it hurts to touch then they also botched my eyebrows! An older man did my toe nails and the salon owner, Chris did my eyebrows. They over book people so they are never on time! I was scheduled for 11am and I didn't get seated until 1130am! Sorry but it's not worth it! read more

Super fast availability with walk-ins, large color selection, and great nail techs. I go in about every two weeks to get my nails redone. I have an issue with my nails breaking (#LongAcrylicLife) but ever since I've starting coming here I haven't had to worry about my nails breaking or any type of chips. read more

The staff are friendly, and they usually do an alright job, but I was really disappointed the last few times coming as My girlfriend made an appointment and showed up 5 minutes early, and they took an hour after the time that she scheduled the appointment to start doing her nails and took a walk-in before her. Don't see the point in calling ahead to reserve an appointment if they're not going to follow through. read more

I went there wanting to get a full set, the lady had put the acrylic nail cricked and didn't say nothing until I did. She didn't cover my whole nail with the polish and didn't take my cuticles off. One of my thumb nails is shorter than the other as well. Over all such bad work but the lady was really nice. Found it pretty cheap for acrylics. Paid $40 read more

So disappointed in this salon! I wanted a pedicure and basically paid $20 to get my toes polished. They didn't cut or shape my nails, barely filed them, no buffing or anything else - that was all she did. Very sad - the operator who performed the work didn't speak English and couldn't communicate so there wasn't any way to get my point across that their menu stated that certain services which were not performed. I told the manager of the shop and he really didn't care when I told him he should perform what is stated on the menu of services. I will not return! read more

I have been to the salon a few times and have been increasingly more dissatisfied every time. Twice now I have left with infected/ingrown toenails and fingernails due to uncleanliness and bad nail cut jobs. The salon is a mess and the employees are extremely unprofessional. I would not bother making an appointment as they except anybody who walks in the door. If you make an appointment you can expect to wait 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time before they see you. After that they hop between clients so that your nails take double the amount of time to get done. Also I have never seen them disinfect supplies and are often sharing tools between clients. I came to the salon years ago and loved the environment and employees however I am aware that they switched owners not too long ago and the impact is evident. The employees are often rushed and extremely grouchy and I always get cut up by the filing jobs, not to mention that my manicures never last more than a few days without chipping and getting ruined. I have given this place many chances and it's safe to say that I will not be returning. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. read more

Save yourself the trouble, I should have read the reviews before coming here. There were one too many things that went wrong. The man who was giving my nails a fill didn't listen to my request, then when I corrected him he argued with me. To make matters worse when it was my turn to pay the manager argued with me regarding my card not going through when he was running my credit card as a debit card. Getting a manicure is supposed to be relaxing, not a nightmare. read more

Made an appointment and waited an extra hour and a half to even get treated. People who got there after me were still getting treated before me. They overbook themselves and it's annoying when people who made appointments in advance still get treated hours later. read more

I've been coming here for 3 years and I do not trust anyone else with my nails! I get shellac acrylics, shellac deluxe pedicure, and eye brow wax. They've always treated me very professional and kind. One of the previous reviews was questioning the cleanliness? This is one of the cleanest nail salons I've ever been too. All of them wear gloves and they ALWAYS sanitize everything. I leave happy every time and my nails always look perfect. I truly feel they go out of their way to make sure every customer is happy. I will keep making the trip from Salem! read more

Called in to make an appointment and still had to wait 30 min to get the pedicure seat started. I asked for all black nail and white tip lady doing my nails said she was able to lady doing my sisters nails said no my toe nails were to small lady doing mine said no they were long enough to do what I asked and they wanted to charge me $10 more just for the white tips when on the board it shows $5 more for tips. I don't like how they did the pedicure I feel I just went in to get my feet soaked they didn't clean under or around my nails and left a hangnail on my big toe which I had to clip at home! Honestly never going there again. read more

Went to get a full-set solar manicure and was scheduled with Kevin. My nails were all different lengths, three nails were crooked, and the french manicure was not done properly and it had bubbles in the polish/nail once it dried; additionally, Kevin shaped my nails too wide making my nail beds look huge. He and the older man/owner were both rude about it and didn't even bother to discount the service. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone. Go somewhere else and be pampered properly and professionally. read more

Instead of doom scrolling at home, this woman confessed that she's constantly scouring the internet to perfect her craft. If you want something done that's unusual (and doesn't require long faux acrylics) then show up at least a few days to a week in advance to make sure she can do it cause if she doesn't already know how to do it, she'll take the time to develop the skills needed to get the finish you want. They do provide a way to lengthen your natural nails without acrylics, they have a builder gel-type pre-made tips that are clear and don't sit thick on your nails. I've had to use them once when I broke a nail. My daughter got a full set when we were headed for spring break in Hawaii. Love this family owned and run business! Mother and daughter are the manicure techs and dad is busy answering phones prepping things, especially when it's busy. They're located in in between El Chilito & Les Schwab on hwy 99E in Canby. It's worth the drive. (They take their time to insure a perfect finish so depending on how long your nails are and how much hand painting and jewels you're adding you don't want to plan on this being a rushed visit...that also means they aren't filing into your natural nails and causing pain.

I rarely do reviews for any type of business unless I had a very bad experience. Well, this is not the case with Bebe Nails. I came back to Woodburn after years being away due to College and wanted to find a new salon/nail tech that could meet my high standards. I have been getting full sets of acrylic nails and pedicures for over months and not once have I been disappointed. I like to show pictures of what exactly I want and the nail techs are always able to meet my needs. I would 100% recommend this place if you are looking to get your nails done. Staff are always very polite and respectful; I don't really like to talk as much but what I have seen is Chris having good relationships with clients and cracking jokes. He is usually sitting closes to the door and is able to work very quickly and do beautiful nails. He is the person who did my nails on the picture below. LOVE THEM AND THE COLOR!!! read more

This is probably the best shop you can find when it comes to acrylics, gels and dips. The new owner Chris has his hands full trying to overcome the bad rep of the previous owner. Let me say that I have paid twice as much in the past for my nail gels, so that makes me happy. Plus, I get compliments wherever I go on my nails. My pedi's are gel too, and very well done. Hot stone and wax pedi's have usually run me $65 at other shops. So all around, I am a very happy customer. I understand someone getting upset about bad service, but the shop isn't just one particular incident. I have recommended the new owners and BeBe Nails to lots of folks; they have gone and have become repeat customers. Give them a try. read more

I love this place! They did my wife and my wedding nails before our wedding and they turned out amazing. I work in Salem so we tried 5 places before we found them. I will never go anywhere else. They are easy to find and they can squeeze you in for appointments without having to wait for a long time.They are reasonably priced. It can get expensive with 2 woman getting nails and pedicures. Chris did both of our nails last weekend and they look great! read more

I literally downloaded the app just to review this place. It was my first time coming here and my experience was SO GOOD. Wendy did my nails and she's amazing!!!! She took her time shaping and cleaning my nails and I couldn't be happier with how my set came out. Made an appt, waited half a hour and still wasn't attended until I asked if they had time for me. They were overbooked, less workers than clients there at the time. Got a mani/pedi basic pedi and shellac mani, nail tech cut too much cuticle on my ring finger and made me bleed. Then over charged me. Saw nail techs trading tool kits and question the cleanliness. The manicures have been awesome! I take a design in that I like from Pinterest and they have been able to recreate the design. I typically have the nail dip and have gotten lots of compliments on them. They are very accommodating and work with my schedule. My nails look great and last a long time! I wonder if they hire nail tech with license or without license because they really do a bad job on my pedicure. Stay away if you can. cuz it is not worth the time and money. Long wait dont care about customers. I guess they do it for money only. read more

Plus, her air bnb side hustle seemed more important to her than actually working on my nails. I tried to justify the work she did for all the attitude.
