I was recommended to come to this nail shop by my piercing studio ladies @ CM Hurt. They told me that they were always treated well, the place was sanitary, and they never felt rushed. I was greeted by Anna, told her I was in dire need of a fill, and signed a Covid waiver. After she took my temp, she got down to business. She had to take off my polish from my previous set. We discussed ideas about what I wanted. Always something black with a touch gold. She said I should try something new (like my friends always say lol). We saw an idea with nude nails and she added additional gold designs because she remembered I was a gold fiend lol. She was super fucking meticulous and a perfectionist. Every time she filed my nails, she looked at it from all angles before moving to the next. If she got some polish on the side, she'd clean it up with a brush. She's hilarious as well, lemme tell you! I love getting stiletto nails, but she was filing it to be not so sharp/blunt. I asked if she could make them sharper and she said "you gonna poke some eyes out?!" I laughed my ass off and told her I don't carry weapons, but these are my weapons if ever needed. My fill with polish removal, 4 designs and amazing customer service was only $55! I just went to Bebe nails to get gel medI and pedi as I need it every 2 weeks. lady who was doing it seems nice but notice price was higher than any other place so though maybe they are really good, first they were using old nail file wasnt too happy about that but ok, then lady who was doing my pedi keep poking and filing my skin, I do notice her hands was shaking the whole time thinking maybe she isn't feeling well today but whole time i was on edge of my seat and very uncomfortable as she was keep doing it wrong so finally i stoped her and told her thank you but i need to you to stop and I will pay for what ever time you spend on she said 21 then 25 I'm like okay fine whatever so i was just about to Venmo her 25.00 than owner said 29.00 I'm like madi and pedi before jel is 38 she only took of old gel and file my skin whole time. but didn't want to argue just wanted out of there so I just pay and left. I am never ever in my life going back to this place horrible service, tell you they can take you and your friend in yet they only have two people there and one lady just started her appointment second lady started doing me and then took someone else in. To top it off they kept rotating between my friend and i plus at times had us sitting there waiting for service because others they had come in. Was 105 for nails and toes, plus two dollar fee for using card which is illegal they aren't supposed to make you their service fee to accept card. But now to top it off a week later the gel polish is not good already chipping and peaking off the nails were done so crappy super thin one broke when i was pushing my radio button. Pretty pricey here. I got a set of acrylics and my mom got a simple pedicure and the total came out to $85 not including tip. I wasn't really happy with my acrylics, she cut 6 of my fingers when removing my cuticles, and she didn't compare the nail sizes on each hand together to see if they matched. The day after, I could already feel they were a little bumpy and you can see brush strokes. I was really unhappy with how they came out, but my mom absolutely loved her pedicure so that's the only reason for the three stars. read more

Both of us don't really have good luck with our nail ladies! But at BeBe Nails this all changed! In our case which was great, we got to relax with the massage chair and soothing music playing. My mom loved it and how long they massaged her feet! I am extremely disappointed with this place. Terrible service. The lady who did my toes did a good job. I left a tip for her. However, the other one who did my manicure was simply awful! First off, she made all of my fingers bleed (like a lot) while clipping my cuticles. My fingers were literally burning the entire time as she proceeded to pour alcohol and paint over it. The paint job was a sloppy mess. I could have done better myself. She got polish all over my fingers and did a half assed job cleaning it up. She bumped one of my nails and messed it up. When I asked her to fix it she just painted top coat over it....when I explained what happened to the person checking me out, she insisted that the pain was completely normal and that the nails look great. Been going to this nail salon since before Mary bought it and changed the name to Bebe Nails. We figured out tonight that I'd been coming here since before my kids were born. About 21+ years. Man I'm old! Christine, the previous owner and her nail ladies would pamper and spoil my kids, as they went around the shop while I was getting my nails done. Giving them candy and playing with them. Even painting my little girl's nails for free. Lol, probably because I spent so much there on my visits. Since Mary took over, the place has become very nice. They offer manis, gels, acrylics, spa pedis, facials, waxing, massages, eyelashes, and even permanent makeup. I'm pretty sure Mary has other services, too, I just haven't tried them, yet. I love Megan's designs and Tina's are great, too. See Tata's tootsies and mine in the pic? Cindy does a fantastic job on my toes every time I get a pedi. She slapped lotion and did it with the worst attitude ever. The customer service here is pretty great and they're very good at making sure you're well taken care of. I LOVE the way they shape your nails here. My hands and my toes look really wonderful. Most places just kind of skimp out on the toes, but I feel like they really cleaned up both my hands and feet. The selection of gel colors were better than expected and they have these cool chrome colors as well!! The only part that was under par was that one of my toe cuticles may have been cut a tad too closely. Also, they were kind of pricey. My mom and I combined were $100+ , which we weren't expecting. They sat me down to soak in their massage chair right away, but it was some time before they actually came to start working on me as the nail technician was chatting with the owner. They sat me in a spa chair and I had to wait for a lady to finish a full set, yet their was another free nail tech at the end sitting there (I believe she's the owner) talking to her coworkers. So I sat with my feet in the tub for 45 minutes. I'm pretty patient, but Im picky and my toes started getting pruney.... Then, we proceeded to the pedicure. My nail lady, Tina (?) Was kinda gentle. I'm sure she was super tired due to a long day it seems, and close to closing hours..... I ended up getting a french pedicure. I noticed she didn't put the bond for the white polish on.
