The folks working there were kind and professional. They looked like wickedly good witches as they added natural ingredients to their metal cauldrons, and then added the liquid nitrogen, creating a rapidly rising fog. So, really, you are getting ice cream and a show! The concoctions emerged as super smooth, not too sweet, distinct fresh flavorful ice cream. It is a small shop with limited seating, so not likely to be a comfie sit down experience for you given how popular the place is, but it is easy food to take to go and a very nice area for a stroll. There's free parking on the street but only if you're lucky enough to snag a spot. It was very busy when I first arrived. I circled several times before I finally got lucky and a car pulled out of its spot on Fraser St. As soon as I saw that a car was leaving I parked in the same spot as soon as I possibly could.

There are two small tables outside if you want to eat there.
