I have hade bot shaves and haircuts, and can only say a few things:…read more 1.The shave. This must be what it is like to have a spa-day. I go in all stressed out, and lay back while a dude with a sharp object uses it around my neck and face while I am blinded by a warm towel in a chair with steam blowing on my face. Sounds unsettling, but it is the closest I ever had to a "spa day"... I left the most relaxed I had been in a long time. Enderson also provides great haircuts in addition to a D@mned fine straight razor shave. He's cut my hair a few times, and I lock in on him on Booksy, usuallay every 2 weeks for a shave, every 6-8 weeks for shve and haircut.... This place is my go to to just close my eyes and know I will walk out looking good and feeling good. The smell, walking in, is just fantastic, the crew is all clean cut and syncronized with their clothing, all wearing the same thing. It's so clean, you could eat off the floor, and the spirit is just upbeat with the music whether in Spanish or English. The layout is clean and solid and bright. It would be a sin to NOT recommend them... The staff is courteous, and if you schedule an appointment, the only wait time I experienced was about 0 to a handshake with my barber. They even have beverages (although I never grabbed a soda or water, so dunno if they charge). This shop is 5/5 and I will continue to visit them. They have NEVER let me down, and they are good. DAMNED GOOD. I usually cannot stop touching my face for a few hours after I leave there...

My son was WAY overdue for a haircut but he was crying and clearly did not want to be there. I was honestly worried we'd have to leave without getting it done. Instead of forcing him into a chair, Denise noticed he felt most comfortable in the waiting area and simply adapted to him. Denise cut his hair right where he felt safe while Tabby offered toys and lollipops, talked him through the whole process, both were incredibly patient and kind. They even made a point to include my older son in conversation while we did the whole haircut. The cut turned out amazing and by the time we left my son was all smiles with a juice in hand. I can't say enough good things about the kindness, flexibility, and genuine care we experienced. We're so grateful and will absolutely be back!

The environment was light hearted, and had a few laughs. Carolyn even popped out mid cut to grab this Buckeye and another guest an 'adult soda pop' . In a time where customer service and the overall customer experience seems to have disappeared- this was a bit of a revelation. My grandfather owned barbershops in my youth, and this was the type of experience I so fondly recall from my youth. It brought a smile to my face and that's not something that's easily done. If you are in Hilton head and you need a trim, I highly recommend Carolyn and The Cutting Room.

My nails were in rough shape after a bad experience at another Savannah nail shop that slapped on poly gel so thick and sloppy it was honestly damaging. Margarita spent almost two hours carefully correcting it, and never once rushed or made me feel like a burden. She walked me through what had gone wrong and how the process should actually be done, so I left not just with healthy looking nails but actually understanding how to take care of them going forward. She was gentle, patient, and genuinely kind the whole time, the kind of compassionate care that's hard to find. You can tell this is a family owned business where people actually care about their customers, not just pushing you through an appointment. My husband got a haircut and beard trim while I was there and raved about it too. We'll absolutely be back, and supporting this business moving forward!
