Absolutely loved our visit, this place truly lives up to its name! We had heard so many great things, especially about how wonderful they are with kids who don't love getting haircuts, and they exceeded every expectation. My son was WAY overdue for a haircut but he was crying and clearly did not want to be there. I was honestly worried we'd have to leave without getting it done. Instead of forcing him into a chair, Denise noticed he felt most comfortable in the waiting area and simply adapted to him. Denise cut his hair right where he felt safe while Tabby offered toys and lollipops, talked him through the whole process, both were incredibly patient and kind. They even made a point to include my older son in conversation while we did the whole haircut. The cut turned out amazing and by the time we left my son was all smiles with a juice in hand. I can't say enough good things about the kindness, flexibility, and genuine care we experienced. We're so grateful and will absolutely be back! read more

Great atmosphere, very caring complete professionals. Their work is spot on. If you don't have an appointment, just call and see if they have someone available. They will find a way to get you in., As long as they're not packed all day. Real barbers ride alongside professional hairstylist. I won't go anywhere else. read more

Wow, blown away by this shop! I brought my 3 boys in for a cut and couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! Fun atmosphere, clean, super accommodating and the cuts were great! Not to mention, finally a reasonably priced kids cut! And front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming! So worth the 30 min drive from HHI! We will be new regulars! Thank you! read more

Most of my buddies go to Joe's which is why I wanted to try them out. I was using another local barber shop for the past several years until I had a dispute over their special deal for annual haircuts. I booked online and was connected to Skyelar who did a great job making my hair presentable again. Great conversation and attentive to detail. She and the check-in person offered soft drinks, beer or bourbon when I checked in. I'll check that out another time, but it was nice to have such a friendly staff attending to you. My appointment was at 3:50. I arrived at 3:40 and was taken right away. They're not just fast--- they're good. read more

My boyfriend was complaining about his current barber for over two years. He was never on time and always on his phone and very unprofessional. I told him he needed to go to Joes. He got him in and he raved about his experience. He is a loyal customer and felt bad about leaving his barber for years, but the experience and the service was excellent. He called me after he left and said "you were right!" I win! read more

Loved getting my sons hair cut here- Shawn helped us out with an awesome cut for the 20 month old. At the end of the cut he picked up the little guy and offered him his first lolli. The shop has a vibe you don't really find anywhere else- tough, classy, and welcoming for any age. Fell in love with the place and atmosphere the people there create. ($18 for cut + tip) read more

Very nice people and excellent cut. I was heading back to NJ and needed a cut quick. My wife was happy and that's all I needed.

Great hair cut for a fair price with a free beverage and no waiting time. Very good service and conversation while getting my hair cut

My 4 year old usually hates having his hair cut but Paige was so calm and sweet that my son didn't mind it at all. His cut is the best one he's had. We will return! I especially love the patriotic decor and no mandatory mask policy! read more

The vibe inside the shop is great. I asked Eric to make me look decent again and he pulled through. Shortly after leaving the barbershop, I went to the grocery store and the cashier complimented my hair and even paid for all my groceries. ($270 dollars worth of mayonnaise) I realized I was hungry so I went to a local drive through and ordered an ice cream cone and was informed that the machine was currently out of service. The manager came to the window to apologize, until he saw my crispy fade, then he asked me to wait one moment and he called a technician right away and got it repaired just for me. He even offered to rotate my tires but I just could not allow him to do that. When I arrived home, my wife noticed me from the corner of the room and came over, gave me a big kiss and informed me that I no longer have to provide for my family so long as I maintain my hair in its current state. But anyways, this barbershop is pretty nice. 10/10 to fix your relationships and to mend broken family ties. read more

My husband and kids go here every time they need a cut. We have had a great experience every time we go. The ease of scheduling online is great but I've also called to schedule and super sweet accommodating people have answered. We have seen several different people for cuts and have never had a bad cut. My kids started going at 2 and they are so good with kids. My boys look forward to the lollipop after their cut. I feel like the services are very reasonable. The shop is always clean and the staff is very welcoming. Thank you for many great haircuts we look forward to many more! read more

I have been getting my hair cut here for a couple years now and I have to say I am continually impressed every time I go in. The professionalism, teamwork and courtesy is above and beyond. At Joe's your not just a number. They strive to give you the best experience every visit. Today I went in for a last minute cut, booked online like always or at least I thought I did. (Turns out I made it for the wrong day) This team went into action, corrected my mistake and got me in the seat asap. The staff even entertained my daughter during the process. Huge shout out to the whole team. Thank You read more

Joe's Classic Cuts - Grandson 4 years old - Barbers Near Me - Bluffton, South Carolina

They are not following local COVID restrictions that require a face covering in any place open to the public. I was told they don't require patrons to wear masks (after they assured me via phone that they do). While standing on the porch I could see 4 people inside without masks. Be aware if you choose to go there. So selfish and careless to expose customers and employees unnecessarily. read more

Went in March and called specifically asking about barber that cut a flattop. Turned out the barber that I was assigned really didn't seem to cut flattops...she was nice enough and gave an OK basic haircut....just wasn't a military style flattop like I wanted and usually get read more

Full disclosure, I almost wrecked my car driving home after my haircut because I couldn't stop looking at my new style. Absolutely phenomenal experience at Joe's Classic Cuts and with Joe himself, who did a bang-up job cutting my hair. The space is clean, homey and patriotic. The staff is incredibly welcoming and genuinely so whether you're one of their specific clients or not. Absolute sorcerers with the scissors and wizards with the clippers. I felt like part of the team even though this was my first time here. I walked out looking great, but more importantly, I walked out feeling great. Needless to say, Joe's Classic Cuts has gained a new, loyal patron. read more

Love Joe's Classic Cuts! So glad I found this great shop, being relatively new to Bluffton. All are very friendly, and the shop is clean as can be with niceties such as coffee and adult beverages! Best is my barber Catie. My wife said she gave me the best cut she has seen, so of course she is now my "go to". Pleasant , friendly, good conversationalist and a great hair cutter. read more

From the moment you walk in, you know you've come to the right place. I hit the haircut lotto with choosing Catie to give me a Christmas trim. Welcoming from the jump! Great conversation! Very personable! Most importantly, paid close attention to detail and sincerely wanted me to walk out that door happy with how I looked. She did NOT disappoint! I have finally found my barber after going back and forth to the island and back! This barber shop is absolutely awesome. Look no further if you need a quality haircut by quality barbers. Thank you again Catie for an amazing experience! See you in January! read more

They say "the people make the business." Veronica, at Joe's Classic Cuts, is one of those special people in this world who has an amazing talent and a heart of gold. She helped my elderly father with dementia who needed special attention and patience. She used her skills and tact to transform him from disheveled to dignified. Thank you Veronica! read more

Been here on three occasions and never had a decent traditional haircut. Way overpriced, at best an $8 haircut. Be careful when paying as the tips start at 25% and step 30%, 35%. You can elect to enter your own amount but the assumed value way exceeds the service. These are basically overpriced amateur haircuts. Never again. Owner responded thinking this was a fake review. About what I'd expect from this vendor. As stated, gave them 3 chances, never again. read more

We take our boys here all the time. They love Joe and his staff. Always clean and welcoming every time we come. Easy to book an appointment either by phone or online. Joe and his staff work like well oiled machines and service above and beyond. Highly recommend A+. read more

I love this place! Best barber around. This place is cleaner than most hospitals. Best fades and beard trims in the lowcountry! Get over to Joe's. For all the military, veterans, and first responders, There is discounts for all of us! Get in there! read more

Joe's is the go-to in Bluffton. He remembers his clients, what they want, and it's actually a friendly welcoming environment when you walk in. We've all been there where we go to a new barber and you have no idea how the process goes for getting in line, how to set up appointments, and it can be crowded and a little unorganized feeling. I never got that here, and their online appointments are too easy to set up. Clean razor fades, and up to date barbers. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Jennifer cut my hair today, she does a great job! Looking forward to my next visit!!!

Very impressed with this business! I know it's just a haircut but the people at Joe's turned it into an experience. Everyone was so professional yet relaxed. Nicki did a great job with my haircut, I no longer feel like a caveman. It was obvious that these folks appreciate your business when you come in! I will definitely be back on a regular basis to help make sure this business remains a part of Bluffton! read more

Figured this place was worth a try. Booked an appointment. Sat there for 30 minutes. My appointment should have been over and the lady was not even have way done with the appointment in front of me. I was able to get in by calling ahead. Happy with my haircut and a fair price. I'll be back!

My new barbershop. Good haircuts, easy to make an appointment, good atmosphere. I had a difficult time finding a barber shop in Bluffton that could actually cut a bald man's hair and make it look semi-good! I found Joe's through Yelp - and the reviews were accurate, in my opinion. In and out in twenty minutes, good for two weeks. read more
