This barbershop is my go-to, it took a while for me to find a good shop in Savannah that is also reasonably priced. I get skin fades and other designer cuts and each of the guys I've had have taken their time and put a lot of effort into the cut. I appreciate their work ethic. I would recommend William, he especially does a fantastic job. There is a language barrier sometimes but if you show them a picture they will be able to replicate it, I would definitely come prepared with a picture. read more

I read some of the negative reviews on here so I was nervous. I was just visiting and had to get a haircut on Sunday to go work on Monday morning (active duty military) so I had limited options. Showed up at 12:45 on Sunday. Hours show that they are open until 1:30. The doors were locked and music was playing inside. Not a good way to gain new customers. Twice they've messed up my hair. I have an undercut (I'm a female) and all I wanted was the sides and back faded high. They couldn't even do that right. The first time I went, it took almost 40 minutes to be seen, but every new customer that came in got seated immediately in a chair and struck up conversations. So, their friends get priority over you just an FYI. The first haircut, the guy didn't even fade it, nor did he clean up the lines. He didn't part anything, he didn't trim, just took clippers to it and that was it. Didn't like how I wanted him to fix it, so I left and fixed it myself. The second time, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe I got a barber on his off day. Well, the second time, I got a barber that didn't even speak English and there was a room full of people waiting. But I did get seated right away. I'm beginning to understand why no one wanted him to cut their hair since he effed up my hair royally. All I wanted was a high fade. He faded ONE SIDE and left the other side a mess. No one else saw a problem with it and communicating with him was like talking to a rock. So, I left and again, had to fix it myself. Not sure if they're intimidated that I'm a girl or that they just don't give 2 effs for customers who aren't friends. Decently priced but unless you're a friend, can speak their language or don't mind that Hellen Keller cut your hair, by all means, go here. read more

After dealing with BS from Great Clips about a mask I searched for anyone that would cut my hair this Saturday and saw this place! I pulled up with my Big Trump flag Flying not sure if they noticed or not I realized it was Mexican owned and operated! Regardless I walked in and was greeted within 1 minute I was called to get my haircut. They play Mexican music in the background not like at a restaurant it actually had a nice beat to it! Have no clue what was being sang though! Hell they even have a pool table if you have to wait!! Everyone was friendly the guy that cut my hair was awesome there was NO language barrier everyone seemed fluent in English and Spanish! I will be going back! I received better service from there than Great Clips and Sports Clips unless my friend at Sport clips is working! My advice and this coming from a Trump loving Redneck from Pembroke, GA don't let the fact that it has a Mexican name and the people there hold you back! Good experience, good haircut and beard trim and a good price!! read more

Have had good experiences here with my husbands haircut. The only downfall is that his barber stayed on the phone throughout his whole haircut. In my opinion this is unprofessional when you have a paying customer in your chair. Paying customers should come first at all times!!!! read more

Ok, so sad I want to give this place 2 stars. It seems, after having gone several times, unless you are Latino or friends with one of the barbers, you don't rate. I have gotten taken after people that have just come in. No one manages the sign in list. Today, I waited an hour and finally left after watching person after person get taken while we waited. Even someone that knew the barber that came in 20 minutes after us. Too bad it's gotten this bad, I've received at least 2 great haircuts there. Manage your shop. read more

It was great the first few times. Their haircuts are great. But, I don't think I am OK with shoddy customer service. Once I waited for almost an hour before I was told (apparently there was a miscommunication) that they are too busy. They crack Spanish jokes on you if you can't understand the language. I am New to Pooler Georgia and of course the first thing a man has to do is find the right Barber. Well I came across this place in my travel and thought I would try it out. The worst thing I ever did. I walked into this barbershop at 11am and there was 3 barbers cutting hair and 1 customer waiting in the lobby. Over time more and more people started to arrive and were taken before me or the 1 other person that was ahead of me. Now it's 12:30 and I'm still sitting here watching how people after me are called. Now I understand SOME people might have Appointments but damn not everyone that walks through the door. So I ended up getting up and leaving but found a great place in Pooler who did the job just right. So thank you for losing my loyalty and giving to some place else who wants my business. read more

This place used to be the spot when it first opened up but recently I can't recommend it to anyone. They've upped their prices to $16 for a cut, which would MAYBE be considerable if it wasn't such an underwelling spot. I'm saying sports clips could've done a better job. I told my mans an inch off the top and now I'm wandering around with essentially a pricey buzzcut. Then a shave is around another $10 but they won't even ask you'll they'll just go for it and put it in your total. And the line up: not even good, I got home and fixed it myself and found a huge cut on the back of my neck. Overall though nice spot, good atmosphere, and decent music. read more

The customer service is horrible. I took my son here and we were never greeted upon our entrance. They never said anything about signing in and when I did sign in they still wouldn't render us any service. I waited there for over an hour before. I walked outside and back in and one barber finally approached me by letting me know no one wanted to cut my sons hair. He was willing to do the job but told me it wasn't going to be a good job because he is a toddler. read more
