Be prepared for a trade offer lower than KBB or NADA trade value and a purchase price on the sale vehicle higher than book. With that combo they can make the deal appear reasonable, especially when the transaction consumes two hours and you have kids that are getting hungry and impatient. It is a familiar tactic that will put you into a questionable deal just so you can get out of the place. Let's not forget high pressure to buy an extended warranty package as well as implied benefits/perks that never make it to paper. One example is the 'free' state inspection which includes only the cost of inspection, but not the emissions inspection that is required along with it. Sadly, the vehicle my wife purchased (with trade and at significantly higher than book) remains upside down on the loan...payoff at $4k above book. In a word, unscrupulous. read more

I would like to know why your service department must treat people / women with low respect in running up Service Bill Recommendations. My wife, was there on July 31 to get the 2013 Nissan Altima inspected and oil change. Upon this the Service Manager and my wife called me and relayed "Suggestions" of service. 1. Service manager saw that I had already purchased a rear tail light due to a very small crack in the existing one. He said they could install it for $70 , I SAID NO that I would take care of it. My wife comes home and tells me she paid the $70 to have it installed. So why would the service manager go against my decision? 2. Service manager recommended replacing air filter and cabin filter. I asked why replace the cabin filter when I just replaced it 2 months ago when I put a new Catalytic and pipe on it. Apparently they never looked at the cabin filter and just wanted to run up the bill. 3. Service manager suggested running a foam thru the motor to improve performance on an engine with only some 48,000 miles on it. Again I said no. This incident of paying $70 when I specifically said no and going back to my wife to get it done has caused major problems with me. I have been my own mechanic for over 50 years and could have replaced that tail light in 20 minutes myself. read more

Had an inspection and oil change and they decided that they were going to change my oil to 100% synthetic which immediately started to cause me to burn oil. From several other mechanics I have learned that you never want to change to full synthetic due to the difference in viscosity. Immediately my engine lights and oil pressure gage came on and when I checked the oil it was nearly gone. This was just a few days after service. When I scheduled for them to recheck it, they stated that they could not locate a leak. Long story short, I am leaking oil into the engine and burning out the exhaust at the rate of about 4-5 quarts every 4 weeks. I contacted the dealership on numerous occasions, tried to use the online message app and they will not contact me back. I notified Nissan USA of the issue and filed a complaint and also filed a complaint with the BBB and just got notification that they did not respond to them either. Steer far away from this dealership, apparently they can cause problems and can't be held accountable. I guess they figure if they ignore you, you will just go away. I wish I could give them less than a star. read more

I would not buy another vehicle from them. I bought my Dodge from their Dodge counterpart. Never again. This time I shopped around for exactly what I wanted found the same model in Ohio for $2500 less on the sticker price. Salesman wanted me to do their work and provide them with a written Price from other dealers then and only then would they match the price. I tried to keep my business in the area locally but obviously they don't want my repeat business. Instead the salesman sent me a series of texts stating I was wasting his time and that he was the one who helped me decide what vehicle I wanted. I guess I must've owed him for doing his job. When I made it clear I want the best bargain possible. Hi sales pressure more interested in hitting his numbers for the month and helping the customer save money. I will most likely be calling the owner of the dealership To share the texts I received. I didn't know the trying to get the best deal made you a bad person. read more

Treat customers like garbage. We went in to buy a car monday, asked for tuesday to try other places for financing. We offered money down to hold the vehicle amd they would not take it. Said they will not hold a vehicle for one day. The next day we said we will be there in 10 minutes. They said sorry, someone else is looking at it now. We were quite disheartened. They called an hour later to say they didnt sell it and we can have it tomorrow because they were closing. So again we had to be put on hold. The next day we received a text saying they again sold it. Needless to say, we are less than pleased that we were put on the back burner and as though our money was not good enough. There loss. What a crappy company and a crappy way to treat potential customers. read more

Had a bad experience with this dealership. I don't think they realized I knew as much as I did in purchasing vehicles. After hounding me to lease after telling them I wasn't interested in leasing....they finally came back with a payment...$60 higher per month than should have been using their own numbers...I asked to be explained how they came up with that price...and got told the sales manager would contact me the next morning ( which he didn't )...the only way I could get the numbers to add up to what he gave me was to take all rebates off that Nissan was giving off & get charged full MSRP & give the lowest trade in possible for my trade in ( according to kbb )...which the whole thing seemed either very shady...or did it by accident & is incompetent...either way...didn't exactly give me much opportunity to find out by speaking with me so I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all if you want honesty read more
