Devin was great, she went through some steps with me and from there we created a plan and well, here I am over 2 years later with long hair again, beautiful and healthy! Moral of story: The manager is rude (seeks feedback and then defends her customer abuse. This explains why their aestheticians keep leaving all the time). Called for feedback and then offered nothing in return other than a "we can be late but you can't" explanation. Not returning. Third bad experience here and I'm done. Buyer be wary. They are NOT nice to customers or understanding. Aestheticians are great but managers, not so much.

However, as someone who has been getting waxed regularly for over a year (about twice a month), I was honestly shocked by the quality of the service. During my appointment, the same area was waxed multiple times--far more than it should have been--which left my skin irritated. I chose not to point out the areas that were missed after the appointment because the same spots had already been waxed repeatedly and I didn't want to risk even more irritation. I checked out, said the service was okay, paid the usual $40, and left. When I got home, I had to tweeze about 16 hairs from my upper lip myself and heavily moisturize my skin to calm the irritation and redness. While the staff was kind and the space was clean, the quality of the work was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected from a professional service.
