You would think with this much experience she would know the many different forms in which people can make payments. Apparently having a debit card is not enough to purchase an item at this store. The manager even asked me why I am using debit instead of credit (are you serious)? As a Manager you cannot dictate to a paying customer how they should spend their money. And If you have a Temporary debit card w/ ID forget about purchasing from this store because they don't accept it! "For Liability Reasons," Maybe they can invest in a sign that states this policy near the cash register. Just a suggestion ;-) and while there doing that they can go ahead and inform this to the various banks, nation wide that issue these Temporary debit cards because apparently they are not accepted at stores! My sole purpose of getting anything form this store is for medical uniforms/ accessories! This purchase was for school. If it was not an urgent and necessary purchase I would have gladly taken my money to another Gallo Location!

The owner and his son were absolutely amazing and took incredible care of my son every step of the way. After the alarm was installed, they recommended adding the Drone system for extra security. My son didn't hesitate, and it gave him total peace of mind. The customer service was truly outstanding--friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. We went here almost 2 years ago and got what we ordered. However they started charging our credit…read morecard 2 cents here, 4 cents there, 12 cents here. By the time we caught it the total was about $12. I fought with our medical insurance and Norbrook relunctantly sent me a check for about $12 to reimburse their fraudulent charges. I thought it was over a few months later I discovered they were charging our credit card and this time the total was almost 45 dollars and we managed to get the charges reversed and we changed the credit card to a new number. And sure enough July 12 they charged us 24.12 and now august 12 we have been charged another 24.12. Given we only did business once with them once, and paid in full yet they keep charging our credit card, we now realize this isn't an accidental glitch in their billing system. My guess is they have been doing this to everyone. If you use them and use credit go check your credit card statements. we are now cancelling that credit card entirely because of NORBROOK. We got the $48.24 reversed with the credit card company. They are behaving like criminals. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
