Dr. Amin and Dr. Strouth are professional, friendly, and always welcoming. My usual hygienist is Sarah, and she's wonderful. I'm so glad she's back after the birth of her sweet new baby, because appointments with her always feel like catching up with an old friend (even if said friend has sharp objects in my mouth lol). They work hard to keep you informed for the whole process, and answer all of your questions (even the ones that might be...dumb. I am very guilty of asking a LOT of questions, and they never make me feel like I'm being a pain in the teeth about it). The facilities themselves are relaxing and comfortable, and the vibe of the office feels more like a spa than a dentists' office. I have so many friends that HATE going to the dentist, but I can't relate because Dr. Amin, Sarah, and the rest of the staff are so great! (Also, my most recent appointment was during COVID's pandemic, and I appreciated the transparency of the precautions they take to keep both patients and staff as safe as possible. I checked in from my car by calling the office, and Sarah called me back when my chair was ready for me and instructed me to wear my mask. There was hand sanitizer available in every room, and everyone wore masks. There's standard questioning at the beginning to be sure you're "safe" and they take your temperature and have you swish with a hydrogen peroxide [I think] solution to minimize any germs during your appointment. Thank you for this attention to detail!)

We will definitely use this office again.

His makeup is not only flawless when I see him, but he was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products and price points. I'm not a huge makeup person and I like to think of my beauty routine as basic and minimal, but effective. That being said, Nick was always on hand to help me not only find the products I was looking for but suggested alternate makeup tips that were low maintenance and complimented the natural look that I have and want to enhance a smidge. I have moved to Alexandria, so he is a bit far now for makeup advice, but I wanted to express my gratitude for his guidance as well as recommend him to anyone that is looking for stellar beauty insights. Nick is the ideal person to have in a store like this, friendly, helpful, fun, and well versed in the products. Ask for him and you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Nick!

Got my hair dyed here. I hadn't dyed my hair in over 5 years because I was worried about damage. A…read morefriend recommended me to go to this Ulta to get my hair done, worst mistake ever. I have dark brown hair, and I wanted to go to light brown. I understood that I'd have to get my hair slightly lightened with bleach. This lady had my hair almost platinum for a shade that was maybe only two shades lighter than my hair. Excessive damage for no reason. Then as she dyed my hair, I kept feeling my hair touch my bare clothes. Long story short, she completely bleached the back of my brand new $90 hoodie. And didn't mention it to me. And my hair was burgundy and very patchy. My hair turned out damaged and not what I asked for at all. I ended up getting a full refund, minus tip, but I wish I could've gotten a refund, taken the tip, and been reimbursed for the sweatshirt. This happened over a year ago but as I read other reviews on the hair stylists here, I figured I'd chip in. ONLY giving two stars instead of one because I once got a haircut here from a different stylist and I absolutely loved it. This stylist had several tattoos and I believe her name was Shelby- but I'm not sure.

I ordered the item on Black Friday. It didnt arrive until December 10-- six days after the latest arrival date they predicted. Then on December 14 when she drove up to the store to pick up her coat and another item she'd ordered herself she's was told they couldn't find it. I called the store and after not getting an answer in the womens department (twice) I tried kids. A nice lady answered and went to look, she couldn't find it either. She asked if I could call back in 20 minutes so she could look through two more racks. I was okay with that and called back some time later. Guess what? I tried the kids department twice and the womens department twice-- NO answer. JCPenney should not do catalog orders. This is only my second one. I didn't get my first order either. JCPenney as a whole needs to fix their inventory and logistics issues. You cant have people order and pay for stuff only yo cancel the order bc you dont have the inventory or show that a package has been delivered to one of your stores only for your employees to not be able to find it. Unacceptable.
