Both of the office people I talked to were very professional and kind. I wish I remembered the name of the lady I talked with regarding payment, but it was such a great experience dealing with her. I'm so glad she's back after the birth of her sweet new baby, because appointments with her always feel like catching up with an old friend (even if said friend has sharp objects in my mouth lol). They work hard to keep you informed for the whole process, and answer all of your questions (even the ones that might be...dumb. I am very guilty of asking a LOT of questions, and they never make me feel like I'm being a pain in the teeth about it). The facilities themselves are relaxing and comfortable, and the vibe of the office feels more like a spa than a dentists' office. I have so many friends that HATE going to the dentist, but I can't relate because Dr. Amin, Sarah, and the rest of the staff are so great! (Also, my most recent appointment was during COVID's pandemic, and I appreciated the transparency of the precautions they take to keep both patients and staff as safe as possible. I checked in from my car by calling the office, and Sarah called me back when my chair was ready for me and instructed me to wear my mask. There was hand sanitizer available in every room, and everyone wore masks. There's standard questioning at the beginning to be sure you're "safe" and they take your temperature and have you swish with a hydrogen peroxide [I think] solution to minimize any germs during your appointment. I was here back in the summer of 2017 to buy it last time so it lasted me quite a while. They were open prompt at nine and everybody was very nice and the store was very clean.

I have dark brown hair, and I wanted to go to light brown. I understood that I'd have to get my hair slightly lightened with bleach. This lady had my hair almost platinum for a shade that was maybe only two shades lighter than my hair. Excessive damage for no reason. Then as she dyed my hair, I kept feeling my hair touch my bare clothes. Long story short, she completely bleached the back of my brand new $90 hoodie. And didn't mention it to me. And my hair was burgundy and very patchy. My hair turned out damaged and not what I asked for at all. I ended up getting a full refund, minus tip, but I wish I could've gotten a refund, taken the tip, and been reimbursed for the sweatshirt. This happened over a year ago but as I read other reviews on the hair stylists here, I figured I'd chip in. JCPenney as a whole needs to fix their inventory and logistics issues. You cant have people order and pay for stuff only yo cancel the order bc you dont have the inventory or show that a package has been delivered to one of your stores only for your employees to not be able to find it.
