Worst experience ever at a nail salon. The guy who was doing my nails did a HORRIBLE job. When I went up front to pay after he was done doing my nails, I went up to the manager and told her that I hated my nails and they look like a 5 year old did them. The original price was 60$ for short almond nails that are one color, she brung it down to 40$. I still was not satisfied so later on I called asking for a full refund because these nails weren't worth a dime. She said I could come back and get a refund, so I did. Me and my boyfriend went back there and waited for about 15 minutes until the manager told me to go sit down. I sat down and then the guy who originally did my nails sat down in front of me and grabbed a nail drill. I told him I do not want them fixed I just want my refund. The manager then comes over and says that I need a soak off otherwise I'm not getting a refund. I told her that she never made that aware on the phone otherwise i would not have came back. The whole nail process took 2 in and half hours which is not a normal time for nails. I told her I'm not waiting an extra hour just to get a soak off. The manager kept interrupting me and giving me attitude when all I was trying to do was get my refund and go on with my day. Then a Muslim teenage girl thought she needed to put her 2 cents into the situation and said " she's being very respectful to you and your being a b!tch" after she said that it turned into a huge fight. Everyone was cussing everyone and screaming and yelling. The manager then comes up to me and hands me 40$ in cash and told me to go. She grabbed my arm very hard and scratched my arm. The Muslim was being racist to me and my boyfriend who are white. The manager did absolutely nothing about her behavior and still let her proceed to get her nails done. Do not come here. They are the worst nail place I've ever been too. The nail "artists" suck and they overprice for nails that look like crap. read more

I made an appointment and they sat me down and as I sat there for an hour waiting i watched them fill chairs with their walk ins. I had a flight to catch that afternoon and was hopping to get in early enough but was pushed to the side to the point where I told them I would just be leaving. My nail tech was nice she tried to help but I was more disappointed that her co workers knew she had her plate full but others couldn't even start me for her. read more

Used to come here back in the day before I moved and loved them but since the change of ownership it feels like they don't care about their work, or the client. This is about my horror story with a set of individual lashes. I Went in about 2 weeks ago and got my lashes done, it took over 3 hours for one set of individual lashes. within a couple days they all fell off so as anyone who paid 120$ for a service I went back to ask about what happened. They blamed it on me even tho I followed all the rules and even took extra precautions. They treated me like I was stupid and like I made all these big mistakes when in reality it was poor application. They insisted I was pulling out my lashes and saying you can't wear any makeup with false lashes. Except I barley touch my eyes and got the lashes done so I don't have to wear makeup. So they eventually filled them, now I know after being treated poorly I should have left but I needed my lashes done for photos. Cam ended up charging me for the fix 50$ after lecturing me and wanting to charge me 80$. This is where the real horror happens, she was extremely rough with my eyes. Kept digging in and stabbing them with the tools, and the under eye pad was poorly placed, and the worst part she gave me severe chemical burns in both of my eyes. I could barley open my eyes and my vision was blurred, and needless to say my photos were ruined. It took almost a week for the redness and pain to subside after getting medicated eye drops from the doctor. To make things worse at the full week mark I'm missing over half the individual lashes. You would think with the over use of glue and terror to my eyes that the lashes would at least stay. Between the disregard to my health and well-being and their disregard for your fingers when they do your nails and what you request I would avoid this place at all cost. Now I'm out 170$ not counting tips and still don't have quality lashes. And of course I'm not going to return to talk about service after being blamed and scrutinized the first time. They were doing very well at first but then the lady cut my finger, unevenly shaped my nail, and when i was getting them painted she kept telling me to stop moving very strictly and it was rude. in the end i dried it for like 20 minutes and it smudged .. wth read more

My daughter went here because 2 of her nails broke and when she asked how much it would cost to fix them and redo the gel. The price they gave her was more than the cost of the nails originally. So she decided to have regular nail polish and they were rude to her and gave her 2 different prices for the cost. After she had them done and sat under the light to dry them she went to the car and they were already smudged. Also the last 2 times she has had her nails done there they quite her a price and by the time they are done they have charged her an additional $10-$15. Very disappointing. read more

I had the most amazing experience here with Kathy. She went Above and Beyond in my service. She did an exceptional job and really took her time with me. I was getting married the next day and had an upcoming bodybuilding show the following weekend so she made sure I was bride and show ready.... the staff was very friendly and professional and you could tell that they really wanted to please their clients and took their time with them. I booked an appointment but I came about 15 minutes early and I even told the workers that I have an appointment but they told me to pick a color and I didn't get the technician I booked it with. The nail technician cut my left thumb 5 TIMES by filing, I even pulled away and told her it hurt but she just kept going and didn't even say sorry I was literally bleeding. I brought my daughter to get her nails done and we had an awful experience. The place was not clean and they did not sterilize the equipment after each customer. The place is very dirty. There were fake nails stuck to a "clean" towel they used during my pedicure. The pedicure chair had no power so no massage or no jets while soaking feet. Had stuff floating in the tub I was soaking my feet in. The gel polish on my toes was so light you could see through it. Gel manicure lasted less than 1 week. read more

made an appointment for early afternoon & they were already busy ! I got acrylics with gel polish over them , Terry did a great job with the length (I'm kinda picky & i work at a restaurant). I also got a regular pedicure which included a sugar leg scrub & a quick buff of the heel. The price was $55 , not bad as long as it's lasts awhile ! Great place to get your nails done. Last month Cindy helped me and she did a great job. The environment was serene and relaxing. I was so happy when my mani/pedi was done. I've been here several times over the past 5 years. The last time I visit was back in November 2014. Recently I paid a visit and the place looked like it was newly renovated. They also have new staff members and were all very nice and friendly. I was in the area to visit relatives and decided to get my nails done. I saw the open sign still lit so stopped in 15 minutes before they closed, and they were nice enough to provide service until half an hour past their closing time. Very thoughtful and appreciative! Call to make an appointment for a Gel polish manicure and they told me it would be $25, at the end the total came out to be $35 because the lady said I added glitters on top that's why it cost extra (note that the glitters was just regular polish). Should of ask before I agreed to the glitters. Very disappointed because she made me bleed twice when cutting my cuticles and didn't really give me a hand massage. this salon is so chill i love it. they're friendly and kind. they make sure you get exactly what you want! there was a guy playing a guitar behind me. they offered me water while i was getting my nails done, and they fit me in right away with no appointment scheduled! the best part yet was my nails ended up costing $45 but i only had $41 on me and they were cool about it. they said "that's fine honey!" Just moved to the area and have yet to find a nice nail salon that uses the dipping powder for nails. Figured I'd try this place out. They charged me an extra $10 to trim my nails and cuticles, which reportedly came with a massage (which I never got). The guy was really friendly and had good intentions, but I wasn't impressed with the quality of the work. To remove the polish I had, he reused old foil to wrap my nails for the acetone soak (a little sketchy & kinda gross from my perspective), and then got impatient and pulled out the electric filer after a few minutes to get the rest of it off. There was a smudge on one of my thumb nails, and the edge of the polish had a decent "ledge," so when my nails grew out, I had an awkward transition between my nail bed and the polish.
