Bubbles in my nailed that chipped, they made me bleed, & hurt SO bad to put on. I've never had that experience anywhere but here.

Today I went to get my nails done at this place and let's just say I'll never step foot in here again after how they treated me and my wife. I got my feet done just a wash and 1 color and they charged me 120. The old lady that did my feet started rushing and fucked up on my toes and i had said something to her and she said to come back Monday. remind you it's Saturday. But yet still over charged me and said that they were closing and she was ready to get home since they had a busy day. The salon seemed clean and the staff were nice. However, my nails were not done well. They are not all the same length, and many are crooked and wonky. Additionally, no cuticle care was done. I called them at noon today to book an appointment. I told them I'll be there in about an hour. I arrived at 1 pm and they were busy as f*ck here. Literally all the sitting area were taken only one left and so I sat down because one of the nail tech told me to wait a lil bit. I sat there and waited for 20-25 mins and I knew if I kept sitting there, most likely I'm gonna end up waiting another 20-25 mins easily because there were other ladies that also waiting. I'm not sure if they have appointments or not but my ass did, and there's no reason for me having to sit there for more than 25 mins if I had an appointment. That's stupid period and unprofessional. These other ladies might give your f*cking salon the time of day but not me boo boo. I'm not from around here and I gotta leave town in a few hours so ain't nobody got time waiting around for y'all. And what surprised me was there are other nice nails salon in the area with good reviews on Google I don't know why bunch of ladies gotta sit around and wait at this one. I literally got my ass up and left after waiting for 20-25 mins. I was like bye Felicia, bye Karen, I ended up calling Beloit Nails Spa @ 1035 Pleasant St and thank God they were able to take me there within 20 mins. I know I got lucky there. I was shook. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience, I shouldn't have to f*cking sit around waiting there for over half an hour like that. Get your sh*ts together because your customers time is valuable. If you're busy don't f*cking try to book more appointments. That's bad business etiquette. But seriously though, I went to Beloit Nails Spa and they did such a great job on my nails. If you guys live in this area and needs your nails done properly, or if you have had mediocre experience at this place then hop over to Beloit Nails Spa. Went here for the first time today, and I intend to return. I called ahead, and didn't have it wait. The location is clean, not at all smelly, and my pedicure with Jane was thorough without being too harsh. They do a nice job with nail art here. Pedicure prices start at $25 on up. Update: My feet stayed smooth for days, but the polish came off when I wore shoes the next day. I'm downgrading my original review because I think a polish job should last more than a day. read more

They overcharge and at this point the nail techs make up their own prices , I have been coming here for YEARS and i've gotten nails for $85 or $90 that includes ombré , 3d designs and sugar designs etc. Don't get me wrong her work is okay but the guy I normally go with would not have charged me $95 for this design , there is certain people who upcharge it so watch out. Dropped my wife and mom off here and went to pick them up and their nails were smugged and could see the stroke of the brush I got my wife's redone, no cost but why wasn't it done right initially! They also have ripped pedicure chairs and don't use liners when giving pedicures that's just flat out gross! All of the tools were very dusty that's not sanitary at all and my wife has a low immune system that could easily cause infections! So gross!! read more

We came into Beauty Nails for a pedicure for 4 of us at a time, which was great because of the space the spa provided. They have several pedi chairs and several people working at a time, and actually got us started on time for our appointment time which is alot more than you can say for other nail spas. HOT WATER! No thank you. I gladly made a appointment. I was looking forward to the much needed pedicure and relaxing. I have been here since they opened and have had a great pedicures. I arrived early, was not greeted, was told I was early, and to sit. I waited fourteen minutes and was told to go for my pedicure. I walked to the pedicure chairs and found one that had water in it. I sat, everyone looked busy, but I couldn't soak, the water was very hot. I tried three times, so I put my flip flops on and walked to the counter, I told the young man my problem, he said did you tell the girls, he walked around the wall said something, and I went back to my chair. NO HELP came. I put my flip flops back on and told a nail lady that I was leaving and that the young man was rude, when I walked by the counter, that young man was on his phone, in a comfortable looking chair, his work must have been more important than me getting good service. I am not giving my money to rude people that have a job in this New World, I have family members who have lost their jobs. I decided to give this place a shot after seeing it had 4 Stars. After walking in there and getting my nails done my mind has changed. Unfortunately I brought my mother in law to get her first pedicure here and she said this will be her first and last. She was not impressed either. This place has so much dust everywhere. The foot tubs don't have a liner nor are they scrubbed very well. Me being someone who is immune compromised I have a high chance of getting sick. While getting my fake nails taken off the lady hurt me three times. I also wasn't told that I was going to be charged for taking them off. It's not about the money but it's the principle. The seats are very old both for your nails and pedicures. The foot massages weren't so great in comparison to the hundreds I have had before. I would rate this the lowest. Me and my mother in law both have calluses on our feet even getting them scrubbed to be removed. This nail salon uses equipment after each customer without proper sanitation. This place needs the health inspection to come in and shut them down. The owner should really take pride in his business and fix these situations if they want to stay open. read more

Came here twice, unfortunately there won't be a third time. First time coming here was eh, the guy who did my nails was very attentive and precise - super friendly as well. The second time I came the lady who did my nails was also very sweet. However, I asked for 'Stilleto', which they both knew the style, but failed to appear not crooked. Each of my nails were either shorter or leaning to another side and not straight and proportionate. Also - you get what you pay for.
