I am a semi regular customer. Meaning due to my schedule I only get in perhaps once a quarter. I've been coming to this location since I moved to the area in 2003 yes- prior to the current owner taking ownership. Since the current owner has taken ownership, they have been very pushy with gel polish. Typically, I can tell them no and not having an issue. Today I walked in for a pedicure and the lady came up and was very pushy that I must have gel. Like I said I'm semi regular. I come in about once a quarter. I don't really have time to come in more often than that to have gel updated and outgrown gel toes look terrible. I explained that I don't like gel, toenail polish, the reason why I don't like gel toenail polish, and this lady was still pushy while you're wearing shoes you must have gel. No I don't come in very often. I probably won't be back for 3 to 4 months "well that's why gel is better for you to response." OK, never mind I pass. I will find somewhere else to go. I feel like they push gel more not necessarily due to convenience of lasting longer on the customer, but because it's more convenient for them plus they charging extra $15 for the gel process. The thing is is I don't even want polish on my toes right now. I just want my feet cleaned up. Which tells me even more that they only are doing this for the extra cost of the gel and not listening to what their customers want. So apparently time to find a new place. read more

Kim did my pedicure!! I havent had a pedicure like this! I got the milk and honey pedicure! She massaged my feet like I just asked for a foot rub specifically!! Definitely worth stopping in! And my feet felt like brand new feet leaving and refreshed. Was passing by whole waiting on a load for truck! Glad I did read more

I had a wonderful experience at the nail salon. The service was excellent, and my nails lasted for 3-4 weeks, which I loved. The person who did my nails always does an amazing job. There's a new owner, and the atmosphere is very calming and pleasant. read more

I had my nails done and a $48 pedicure. The pedicure was adequate. The owner, I think, did my nails. I kept telling her the polish did not cover the edge of my nails. She would take the file and file once or twice. I would point it out again and also the other nails. I am visiting from out of state. I certainly don't recommend this shop. She also got polish on my finger. I am afraid this job won't last the 3 week interval I usually have between visits to the salon. Their prices are no bargain. The quality of work doesn't match their prices. read more

This was the worst experience of my life. The manager was a total jerk. He refused to do the nails like I asked, then got snippy and rude. He asked me if I liked to party. My impression was that he had a hangover. My nails were so horribly done, I had to go somewhere else. Please, please go somewhere else! read more

I enjoyed this place. I don't get my nails done often, but when I do, I come here! I would recommend calling ahead of time and making an appt. But I got a pedicure and gel manicure and all of it was sooooo relaxing. They really know how to make you feel zen. Thank you!! read more

Terrible service. I came here for a pedicure and full set for my babyshower The site quotes pedis at 25 and up. I was already sat down feet in water before they showed me a menu lowest being $31. I figured that's fine whatever right. Well after I go to get my nails done which I said manicure instead wanted full set. Site quotes it at 25 + I get told its 40. Whole time I'm not talked to, unless asked polish color. They mocked my questions and the whole experience was rude. I have pictures of the nail job which all nails have a different shape and my cuticles are grossly dried up and messy now. I paid a total of 76 dollars and I'm extremely disappointed. I called to complain and was hung up on. Being pregnant I didnt want to get emotional inside the store so I waited to calm down before complaining but once I was hung up on, I decided to write a review. read more

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!They are not friendly! They did a REALLY BAD job on my fill-in and gel nail polish! And I got a pedicure as well and I told them I didn't like it...they did nothing about it. I had to re-do them myself next day! But as it turned out I had to go back anyway because my gel nail polish started to peel I went back they were upset about that but they did them over but two days later they started peeling again I'll just go back to Chicago where this never happens!!!!! read more

Not only is this place overpriced, the staff is exceptionally rude and entertain yourself by downloading a translator app before you go in the things they say about their customers is ridiculous. I went in for an eyebrow wax and had a terrible experience. The lady did a terrible job and her breath smelled horrible. Save your time and money and go elsewhere read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I normally love my nails when I walk out. But this time the guy went over top of what I already had on my nails for 1. My mom and I walked in on a Sunday during the day time to get a manicure. We were greeted and told to pick out colors. All of the chairs were full but no one gave us a wait time estimate. We waited about half an hour, saw another customer get up, and asked if we were next. We were told to wait longer, but there was no one else waiting. We finally got our nails done. The man that did my nails was very slow, did three coats, and got the polish on my skin. The man that did my mom's nails finished hers in just a few minutes, but only did one coat, which was almost completely transparent. The thing that really upsets me is that my nails started chipping the very next day. Bad service, bad job on the nails. Would not recommend this shop! read more

AMAZING! yesterday i got dipping powder for the first time ever and i'm in love! by far the most outstanding service i have ever gotten. my nail tech told me funny stories and listened to me ramble on as well. i came in with no appointment and got right in, even though they had quite a few customers at the time. i got exactly what i asked for and they look so amazing. perfect shape, perfect length, no lumps at all. they have a huge variety of options for your nails. i've never been to a place with foil, gems, glitter, dipping powder, stickers, etc. they have an amazing selection of colors as well. they are incredibly hygienic and my tools looked super clean. i had no nics or cuts by the end of my appointment. my only complaint (which isn't even a complaint for me, just letting everyone know) is that they did use an electric file on my natural nail. i don't mind the electric file on my nail, but i read somewhere it can be bad for your nail. i had an amazing experience overall. the staff is lovely and the salon is comfy and cute. i can't wait to go back! read more

Horrible work.. looks like I've had my nails on for 3 weeks and it's only been 2 days because they weren't done all the way to the ends.. got a pedicure and they didn't even had anything to the water so basically paid to soak my feet in hot water and no lie 1 minute of scrubbing them thats it. Anytime I go there I have to go home and fix my nails. When you do tell them to fix your nails while your there they get mad and start yanking on your fingers. They also start talking about you amongst all the employees. When you go to get a pedicure they don't even let your feet soak because they rush through it. read more

A friend's fiance had gone here to get her nails done and said they were pretty decent. So I went to get a Mani-pedi done with a friend. I walked in off the street and they were very good about fitting me in. However once they took me back to the pedicure chair the real horror began. The previous customer has just gotten out and the man taking care of me scrubbed the tub down kind of haphazardly. But I thought I was just being a little paranoid because I've only every been to two nail salons. My friend also got seated two seats down from me even though the seat to my left was open. It was then I should have walked out the door. While he was supposed to be putting the exfoliating scrub on my legs, he put a bright blue gel on them. I thought, "Well different place different products, right?" Wrong. It started burning and he only went up and down my leg twice. Then the girl sitting next to him, she was attending to the customer to my left, said, "You have the wrong stuff." To which the man replied, "I know, I do things my own way." Now this really wasn't the worst part of it all. But then came the hot towel. He went to go get it, and instead of squeezing the excess water out in a sink or something, he went between my legs to squeeze it into the foot bath. While he was doing this, I got very hot water on my legs. He then proceeded to put the towel on and not ask if it was too hot. Then he painted my nails and put me under the dryer. After about ten minutes I was asked if I wanted to pay now, to which I replied I had also wanted a manicure. Unfortunately, the same man did my manicure. It was hap hazard as well. The prices are not that bad but for the service I received I will never go back there nor will I recommend it. I went in with an open mind, but this place was terrible! It's worth the few extra dollars just to go and get your nails done at a place that will not burn you with hot water. read more

I hate to even give 1 star. Just walked in to have my acrylic nails removed. The guy RIPPED them off.. 3 of them started bleeding and took off a chunk of my real nail. I flipped out and told him to soak them off.. so he grabs a DOG BOWL for me to put my hands in. After soaking the rest of my nails off, he asked if I wanted them painted. HAHA- this place is disgusting and flies flying around everywhere. DO NOT COME HERE!! read more

I wish that I wouldn't have to even give a star review. I first got a set of acrylics and gel polish. Then I went in for an acrylic fill with gel polish the guy charged me for gel fill and gel polish. I told him he charged too much money and that the acrylic fill should only be $17 and the Polish is $5 he argued with me telling me I asked for a gel fill and gell polish. I told him that I do acrylics and know the difference between powder and monomer and gel nail applications. They pretend they don't understand English well and speak in their Korean language however they seem to talk about you boldly thinking you don't know. I had a Korean friend there during my appointment who told me what they were saying. They overcharge you because they assume you do not know the difference between applications. I wanted to talk to their manager. They said he was not in and tried to call him. Funny that the managers phone was ringing in the background every time they called I waited and waited and finally got annoyed and left. I know I wasted my money I will never go back but I have told everybody I know about the rip-off and will continue to. I have posted on my social media and I am putting reviews on every possible social media I can find. Please be aware when you go to shops like this of the different applications and watch the the pricing. Don't let the difference in languages frustrate you, make sure you know what you are getting in product and services even if you have to use Google Translate to communicate with your technician. Make them stop and listen and more so don't let them rip you off! read more

I had been getting no-chip manicures for over a year, and my nails were still just as healthy as before I started, so had no concerns. US Nails was recommended and, at first...I was happy. I noticed that unlike every other place I've been, they used a power nail file tool to get the no-chip polish off, but I didn't think anything of it...until about my 3rd visit. I noticed after they got all the no-chip off, that my nails, which are usually strong and flexible, were paper-thin...well, duh! I should have used my brain when they used the power tool! Of course they were thin after repeatedly getting the tops sanded down with a power tool! I quit getting my nails done and it took about 6 months for the damage they did, to grow out. Now my nails are strong again, and I am going elsewhere, where the power tools are reserved for those getting acrylics. If you want you natural nails ruined, US Nails is the place to go. read more

I was visiting from out of town and needed a place that did gel nails. I called ahead and they were able to take me right away. They did the soak off and gel nails in less than an hour and I was pleased with the result. It has been a week and a half since my appointment and my nails are still in good shape without any chipping. The next time I am in town I will go there again. read more
