I use to go here all the time. But since their last management change they have gotten bad. I had a pedicure and the technician had 4 of my toes bleeding and my heel bleeding. The first time I went in to get my nails done at this place they did a really great job. My technician was a guy, I paid around $100 for acrylics. My problem is with the second time that I went. I felt like they took advantage of me. I got my nails cut down and filled and they charge me $70 to do that. How are you going to charge someone over half the cost of the original when you're just getting a fill? They didn't even give me a manicure or a massage afterwards. Come to think of it, they didn't do the first time either. I don't know what's going on with these local nail salons, but I've been running into this a lot more lately and somethings gotta stop. You're taking advantage of your customers and it's bullshit. They don't talk to you about the price until it's already done and then what are you going to do, stand there and argue with them? Not pay and get the cops called? No of course not. You'll be embarrassed. So you're between a rock and a hard place. Do better business owner. read more

I got the volcano pedicure and a power dip manicure. The pedicure makes this review 5 star. She took lots of time taking care of my feet and legs and it was very relaxing. It was my first time getting the dip and I like much more than the gel which is what I usually get. My only complaint would be the manicure was only ok as there wasn't much pampering other than getting my nails painted and lotion put on. read more

I tried this place a few times it's so conveniently close to my house I could walk here, I'm just not impressed. quality and cleanliness are mediocre. They charge pretty hefty imo. 28$ for the most basic pedicure with no polish and it wasn't great. Feel kinda ripped off. I would have been a long time costumer. They need to step up their nail game! Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for a pedi. But I would if your just looking for a quick basic gel mani and don't feel like driving far. read more

I am pleasantly surprised by this place. Walked right in (two people) and were seated right away for two pedis. The place is very clean. The massage chairs are in top notch condition and probably the best I have ever sat in at a nail salon. The decor is nice and the staff kind and helpful. Prices are moderate. The employees were easy to talk to and super nice. You could easily have a conversation with them without it being awkward. Normally that is what i look for in a nail salon. But, the shape of my nails that the lady made was an uneven square. Overall this is a nice place and they did a fairly well job, the eyebrow waxing was cheap. This was my very first time at this salon, let me just start this off by saying it won't be my last. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to immediately get me in. I started off first with a manicure. I asked for my normal go to no chip gel mani but the nail technician who was working with me recommended to try their dip powder. It's pretty much the same thing, only thing is there is no uv light required and it's a powder instead of a paint. It was only a $5 up charge and it was so worth the try. My nails look fantastic! I then got a pedicure...and let me say this was one of the best pedicures I've had in awhile. Mainly because they really take their time to massage/ scrub you. Not just your feet but your legs too. Most salons I've gone to want to get you in and out so I really appreciated that they took their time so I could actually relax & enjoy being pampered rather than feeling rushed. I initally walked into an empty clean establishment partially greeted by a worker holding a personal phone conversation. I decided on the spa pedicure & to try the $35 dip nail service. The 1st lady was very nice & attentive. Not the best pedi I have had - had to keeping pointing out spots she kept overlooking but she was nice so I dealt with it. Then one lady, a Man that I am assuming is the building owner and 2 co-workers came in towards the end of my pedi. My tech gave my nail color choice to her co-worker who proceeded to begin the process. Meanwhile, the tech and customer next to me are laughing & talking...my nail tech, nothing. The dip process is just that. They put a clear polish type product on my nail, dipped my finger in the powder product and tapped off the extra. This process was done on each finger about 6 times. The end result was fine however, in the middle of the process the customer next to me describes how she would like her nails done howeber, due to the language barrier, he couldn't figure out what she wanted so my nail tech jumps up and days let me do it. Now they proceed to argue, bumping other back & forth about who's going to paint this lady's nails. The guy gave up and walked away as my nail tech started working on his customer. After a few minutes I asked if there was someone else that could finish my process, she told me to wait and let them dry. I said what?! The powder?! It's already dry! Proceeded to wait a few more moments, then began to put to my socks & shoes on which made her jump up quickly to finish my nails. When the other lady's nails finished drying, my tech thanked her for coming and in and supporting them and a bunch of other fluff which ended with them having to redo the customer's nails because she didn't like them. Once again my nail tech jumps up to help the other customer. Once my nails were finished, I got up, paid my bill and walked out. Their techniques and prices aren't grand enough for me to endure disrespect or to return to this location in the future . I will go someplace else. read more

This is the rudest nail salon I have ever been to. They are racist,rude, very uneducated( manners wise)they get mad when you ask a simple request. My mom had walked out to go get something from the car and she is fully hispanic and doesn't speak much english and she was asked as she came back in if she was there to get her nails done but she kindly responded "no I'm here with my daughter" as she came to sit down my me the workers laughed at her due to her accent. Which really makes no sense because they have accents too and that shit really pissed me off because I had already been irritated because the man who was doing my nails messed up multiple times and completely ignored my requests because he cut my pinky nail too short and I asked if I could have them longer and all he did was make the others longer and just left my pinky nail shorter than the other nails. I had made a request for silver foil with a clear base he then got mad and brought a sliver glitter nail polish and left the room for a solid ten minutes and like I understand if he was frustrated and had to take a breather but he came back and stank like pure alcohol which isn't very professional and he just proceeded to make more mistakes. Also he was very rough with my hands and would always pull me very roughly to the point where I would be pulled forward in my chair. On top of the fact that they give you shitty nails they're rude and racist and poor mannered. So at the end of the day if you want good quality service and polite nail techs do not come here!!!
