I recently had my extensions removed and they had clumped like 5-7 natural lashes together! This wreaks havoc on the growth of your natural lashes, they will never be the same. I also had the glue all over my eyelids (when it's only supposed to be on the actual lash), and this gave me a really severe allergic reaction where my eyes puffed up to three times their normal size! I had to get the extensions removed and now have only my stubby little natural lashes (prior to Glamour eyes, I had really beautiful lashes). You're way more likely to get an allergic reaction if the glue is touching your skin, even if you don't have a problem with allergies or anything normally. This company is irresponsible- they say on their Facebook page that they're certified professionals, but I doubt that. Putting glue all over your eyelids and clumping lashes together is not proper practice! Seriously wish that I had never gone to Glamour Eyes- NOT worth it at all!

So, I called to ask about the wait and they said probably around 15 mins, so I was about 10 mins away and felt this would be my best option. They weren't personable at all and no small talk at all, just confirmed what I wanted and the shape and thickness I like my brows. It wasn't the gentleness threading I'm used to, but she got the job done and my brows looked great. I felt like they hurt a bit after for a couple of days, so I was wondering if I'd been cut, but I just took care of it at home in my routine moisture care maintenance. She had fantastic customer service and talked to me the whole time! She showed me the mirror a few times to make sure she was giving me what I asked for. Even at the end when she applied aloe, she found a spot that wasn't to her liking and went back in. She did my brows and my chin in no time. Not only was she fast, but exact, friendly and such a warm spirit.
