I have been a loyal customer and have visited this salon at least 4-5 times for nail and pedicure services. Just a month ago, I spent nearly $250, including tips, for a pedicure and acrylic nail extension service, and I left satisfied. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was completely unacceptable. I booked an appointment simply to have my gel removed. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for over 30 minutes. When I was finally attended to, the technician seemed overwhelmed, distracted, and more focused on everything else happening around him than on the customer sitting in front of him. Multiple times, he used the electric file on my natural nails instead of the gel, causing discomfort and repeatedly apologizing afterward. What frustrated me most was that he kept walking away, talking to other people, and taking his eyes off my hands while working on me. The entire service felt rushed and careless. I couldn't help but feel that because I was only paying for a $20 service, I wasn't considered worth the time or attention given to higher-paying customers. I completely understand that Fridays are busy. However, if the salon is too busy to provide proper service, then appointments should not be accepted. I took the time to travel there, spend my money, and honor my appointment, only to receive a service that felt rushed, inattentive, and frankly worthless. Bamboo Nails has many positive reviews, and I have personally had good experiences there before. That is exactly why this visit was so shocking and disappointing. After this experience, I will seriously think twice before spending another dollar at this salon.

The couple that runs it is very sweet and inviting , and they did an amazing job on our pedicures, manicure, and dip nails. The salon is very clean and charming , and they have a ton of colors from all the top brands like Essie and OPI as well as a ton of gel and dip colors as well. They have a huge service list that also includes facials and eyelash extensions and tinting. I will definitely be back.

She double checked if I had any acrylics or tip or gelX. She was extremely patient and kind when I couldn't pick a color and offered to try them on me. She gave me some water and had relaxing music/sounds on. For gel removal + new gel was ~$30 (without tip). Very affordable if you ask me!

From the moment you walk through the door they have a warm greeting and they often know every customer's name. They greet you with a smile and are so welcoming. Oftentimes as you are receiving your services you can find talks and laughter. Vi Nails offers manicures and pedicures as well as waxing . All services by every nail tech are very well done. And she's not confrontational because she's a kid, so she paid them and left. The fact that THIS is the quality of work they are basing their reputation on is disgusting. I texted with the nail salon who said she could come back and they would fix them. They wouldn't tell me who the owner is and they wouldn't say whether THEY thought that was a good job. Only that my kid paid and tipped. What person is going to want to go back after this?! She shouldn't have to take time on her day off, which isn't for another entire week, to go back to the place that did this. They should refund her. I'm tired of people taking advantage. If this technician did this and was proud of their work, they need to go back to school! Shame on the owner for letting someone who doesn't seem to even care work there.
