Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I went for a cut, highlights and root touch up with a new stylist. After 2 hours, she was not able to dry my hair and had another employee do it because by this time another client was sitting where I was!!! I paid $185 +$20 tip. Long story short, I was not happy with my haircut and called the next day. I was never able to speak to my original stylist so they just set me up with an appointment a week later with my original stylist. I came, got my haircut and you'd think no charge right? WRONG...I got charged another $35!!! Unfortunately I will not be returning but fortunately they credited the $35 after I called and complained. The worst part is my stylist didn't think it was important enough to call and apologize!!! I wanted to find a salon to be a regular customer but they failed me. Management should be more involved in making sure customers return. read more

I went in for a haircut and bayalage coloring with Alexandra. I read tons of reviews and seen some of her work on instagram and wanted to try. She did an amazing job. Blended the colors so well. I am very satisfied and have been receiving tons of compliments. The lounge has an open layout, cute decor, calming music and beautiful ambiance. All the staff was very friendly. Super convenient setting up appointment - I set it up via email and was seen within the week. Appointment took approximately 4 hours - cut, color, blow dry, and curl. Honestly the best place I have ever gone to get my hair done. When I called to make my first appointment, I wanted someone that was good at brunette hair and they told me to go to Alexandra. BOY DID SHE NOT DISAPPOINT! She literally transformed my hair to the best it has ever looked. Will also post photos of before and after. 1st time I went she did balayage and the second I did an all over darker look. My daughter went & saw Hunter Richards for a much-needed haircut. My daughter loved her hair when she got home, it had been thinned out and straightened and she really appreciated that. That lasted for a few days until it came time to wash her hair and then the frizziness returned. My daughter reported that Hunter was amazing, great customer service skills, made great conversation that was appropriate for the nearly 14 year old, made product recommendations but my daughter was unaware if the products that were recommended are sold at the salon. Exterior is very basic, but once you open the doors it is like an upscale salon equipped with hair and nail stations. According to my daughter, everyone appeared friendly except for one person didn't even smile. For that reason 1 star is lost. read more

After a horrible experience with lash extensions at another salon I was referred to Jay at Beauty Lounge. This place is a beautiful little gem! Sleek, modern, clean, and adorably decorated. Staff were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. But Jay is the superstar at Beauty Lounge. She came across town late in the evening to consult on my lashes and even after tidying up the the set I had on refused payment. I was on my way out of town so I booked to hv full appt with her on my return. Just had her do full hybrid set and they look so amazing I wanted to cry! After my first terrible experience elsewhere, I was nervous to even try again but she really listened to what I wanted and fully explained everything. My lashes are so beautiful and just what I envisioned. She is so sweet and really passionate about her work. She also texted me later that night and said she had refunded some of my money bc I originally had booked my appointment for different type of lash than we ended up doing and it cost less. I didn't even know this so it really is a credit to her integrity. I strongly recommend Jay for all your lash needs, she's amazing!!! read more

I had been to the salon once. I did like the girl who did my hair's handy work. So I called and made an appointment to get a touch up. I recently broke my ankle, but was willing to still keep my appointment. I made the appointment a full week out. On the day of my appointment I had my ride bring me to the salon. Once I was inside, a woman asked who I was then claimed to have "called, and emailed," me to let me know my appointment was cancelled. I had not received a phonecall, any messages, or emails from this salon. I then asked did you leave me a message? She said, "I Couldn't." This is the year 2020, technology is advanced enough that people can leave messages. Meanwhile I had to return home which is not an easy task when your ankle is broken.
