My hair and makeup turned out insanely gorgeous--exactly what I had hoped for and more--and I received so many compliments on how perfect everything looked. It also held up flawlessly the entire night, which was so important to me. My bridesmaids and family members were beyond happy with their hair and makeup as well. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Gabby and Sophie were always so helpful and responsive when answering my questions, and they were flexible with my schedule so I didn't have to wake up too early on the wedding day. No inspo was ever sent to me and I was told that she would be the one assigned to me on the day of my wedding. I was not impressed with my hair trial. It was not even close to the pictures that I sent over. At the end of the day, the curls fell out... all I did was work from home that day and avoided the outdoors or extraneous activities. She seemed inexperienced, but was kind. She told me she would send over pictures that she took, but never did. The response I received back from Gabby after providing my honest and transparent feedback was surprising and disappointing. She was backing up her stylist more than anything and had never even seen my hair. I was so turned off and it made me feel unhappy and not excited after knowing that my trial did not surpass my expectations and made me realize that this is not what I wanted for the day of my wedding. I went with another company and was SO pleased and the woman nailed it! Not everyone is perfect, but I highly recommend a trial because I was not even planning on a trial to begin with.
