Unfortunately, Covid changed things for a lot of people, and the tech I loved had to make a change. Since then I've tried several and thought I found one but she has since left. Fast forward to bringing my daughter in (teenager). First service was "meh" - the 2nd one though gets a huge thumbs down! LikFirst off - our appointments were NOT with the person I booked. Ok fine - it happens. We had different techs and mine was great. My daughter though, this was her 2nd time and she was burned by the wax and then it was clearly lifted after sitting too long. She told me later that the wax was hot and it really hurt when removed. I am totally hesitant to bring her back. I will likely book us back to back and go first to be sure the tech is good so that she is not traumatized by waxing or worse, ends up with a bigger problem than she had this last time. So why 3 stars and not less? Because I've had 6ish years of great service and I don't think a business deserves to be knocked to 1 Star for a bad experience. I do think this location is going downhill and see by other recent reviews that it's not just me.

I wasn't told until I arrived that I couldn't get my lashes wet for minimum 48 hours or the perm would be ruined and that if that happened, they would not redo it and it would be 'my problem.' In my past experiences, I've always been told 24 hours is standard, and that light exposure to cold water shouldn't completely ruin the process. The technician was very adamant that any mistake would be on me. Policies like this should be clearly communicated at the time of booking, not sprung on clients once they've already arrived for their appointment. The overall vibe felt uncomfortable and passive-aggressive before the appointment even started, and the employee made it clear she didn't want to be there or do the service. I ultimately left because it felt like they didn't want to work with me at all. What made it even more frustrating is that I arranged childcare and structured my day around this appointment, only to feel like basic communication and customer service were lacking. If you're going to have strict rules and no flexibility, that's fine but be upfront about it and don't make clients feel like an inconvenience for expecting professionalism.

I personally appreciated that. Another 20minutes for the numbing cream to set in. It felt like a long time at first, but Once you get chatting the time flies by. The actual micro blading took about an hour. Good music was playing and because of the numbing, you don't feel a thing. This of course the duration is dependent on what you need or want. The first impression is always scary--they look dark and and overdone BUT it heals over the following three days and reveals your beautiful new brows! Touch up is included and is scheduled on your way out. My only qual was that the numbing was wearing off before my treatment was over. I have tattoos everywhere so the pain wasn't new to me. It hurts WAY LESS than a tattoo--I promise. Mine was a gift, I can't speak on the cost but I would definitely come back regardless.
