I first met with Toni yesterday, Jan 30, 2018! I went to her to have my brows done for the first time ever. I am fair skinned, with red hair, so I was a little apprehensive as to the outcome. Today is ,of course, too soon to tell but I will follow up on that part of the review! I did, however, want to comment on how AWESOME the location is of her SUPER cute salon. She has it decorated and arranged in such a way that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Beyond that, she is a super amazingly talented artist who LOVES what she does. She took her time explaining the process, she showed me around the salon and showed me all of the tools she'd be using (brand new, sterile, still sealed in packaging), she went over placement and colors, and while she did ask my opinion, I felt really confident leaving most of it up to her! So on we went, she turned on the heated bed, I laid back, she covered my legs with a warm cozy blanket, turned on some meditation music, and asked if there was anything else I needed before we got started. At this point, I was in heaven! Being a busy, working mom, quiet time like this is precious. I was ready to begin. So after measuring and choosing a color, Toni applied the numbing agent to the area and stepped out for a moment to allow my brow area to become numb and me to RELAX. I could've honestly slept there for days!! After a few minutes she returned and got started. The pain was nothing to get worked up over, I'd compare it to someone dragging a needle over the top layer of your skin, not something you can't tolerate. During the process she stopped and measured again and had me sit up to take a look. And before I knew it, she was done. I do have to say, this process takes trust. The brows are bigger and darker in the 1st few days, which I was prepared for from all I had read about leading up to deciding to finally go through with it... but when you meet Toni and you spend some time talking as we had, and she explains the process to you, you can feel comfortable knowing you are in good hands. And if nothing else, she DOES know how to remove them or correct them if needed, since she has experience in tattoo removal as well! I'll be seeing Toni at the end of February for my touch up and that is when I will post again and include before and after photos, but don't be surprised if you find me here again, Toni offers a variety of other services and between her love of beauty and her dedication to creating a beautifully pleasing outcome for her clients, I don't doubt that I'll be seeing her often! read more

I was visiting for the weekend and let the owner know at 6am that I had a work obligation and needed to reschedule my appointment to the following morning or for another time later that morning. She informed me that there was no other appointments and I let her know that I would try my best to rearrange my schedule but I would be a little late. She assured me multiple times that "Yes, it is fine. Come into the salon anyway and the lash tech will be able to take you." My appointment was for 9:30am. Both the owner and the lash tech had all my contact information. The owner assured me that the lash tech would call or text me and reach out to me prior to my appointment with her availability so that we could arrange another time. The lash tech never called or texted. The salon had ample time to contact me to inform me that I would not be able be have my service done. Since the lash tech never followed up, I had to only have correspondence with the owner who was away on a trip to Vegas. I was on the phone with the owner as I was walking into the salon to confirm yet again that everything was good to go and that I would be able to have my lashes done. After hanging up with owner and upon entering the lash salon I was greeted very rudely by the lash tech who - instead of just politely asking to reschedule or letting me know the options she would be able to complete in the given time frame - immediately asks me "What's the reason you need your lash's done today?" "Is there a reason?" which was very off putting. I had prepaid already for my Full Volume Lash Set and since I'm visiting only for the weekend I had to order pick up & drop off to the salon. I told her I was visiting and wanted the volume set I had pre-purchased. She told me that she couldn't do anything about it. She kept repeating that she didn't have time and refused my service. The owner had given the lash tech all my contact info at 6am. If that was the case and she knew she couldn't fit me into her schedule she should of had the common courtesy of informing me herself before having me go out of my way to the salon after having to rearrange my schedule to accommodate her. The lash tech never offered to reschedule for another time for the weekend and never offered to refund my prepaid amount while I was in the salon. I had to call the owner yet again while she was away on her trip to have her do a refund, which was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Poor customer service. read more

Left me messages and made sure to follow up. She is super busy so I did wait a week but also I had stuff going on. She was friendly, explained everything. Measured as she went, had a clean salon. Offered me water, heated the bed and made me comfy. She uses a technique that lasts longer than the Micro-blading technique. She also numbs you well so you do not feel a thing!! The worst experience, My appointments was at 3:00pm The lady texted me that she's running 20 min behind,that's perfectly fine.3:50pm almost 4:00pm she barley finished that's over 20 mins anyways I waited I tell her exactly what I'm looking to get she agreed. I think the greatest advice I can give to anyone who is hesitant on getting this done by Toni is to trust her! I freaked out when I saw my brows immediately after the procedure, but just like Toni says, the color will lighten significantly during the healing process and you'll feel silly for questioning her abilities. I just relaxed and I went with it and let her work her magic and I am so glad I did! So as far as the shape goes I left it up to Toni. I mean she's the brow god right? Well she is here. She explained how the procedure works and what happens after. She was very thorough with everything which was nice. She first draws them for you and adjusts them if you want change. I didn't have her adjust anything, I liked them the way she did it. Much better than how I draw them, then she applied the numbing cream. Toni is very good at reading your body language so she knows when it is time to apply more numbing cream. The procedure itself wasn't that painful, in fact right after the cream worked it just felt like a little scratch. When it started to wear off you can feel it slightly more but it was tolerable. But don't worry you can ask for more cream, so don't be shy. The peeling process wasn't bad took about 4 days for them to peel and it wasn't noticeable -- I still showed up to work. LoL I couldn't be happier with my results. I absolutely love them! Also, applying makeup is so much quicker now. She made me feel very comfortable & confident. She made my barely there, no shape eyebrows look SPECTACULAR! Not to mention she's so kind and gentle! A perfectionist in her artwork, she went above and beyond to make sure I loved my eyebrows! She truly is a special person and I'm so glad that I met her- Thank you Toni! I highly recommend her to all my family & friends. You won't regret getting them done. These brows will change your life! Toni is fantastic and the tattoo removal process is pretty much painless.... truly amazing!!!! First off, I have been in the process of getting a huge tattoo on my stomach removed since approx 2008 via laser. The process HURT LIKE HELL and really wasn't working all that well. After 7 laser treatments, I noticed a little fading in the black ink but not much else in the colored ink. I discovered T-ology via Groupon. I was hesitant to buy at first... but since I promised myself I'd never put myself through another laser treatment again, figured what the heck! I called Toni to talk about the process before booking, and she was super helpful. I felt confident enough to purchase the Groupon and I am SO HAPPY I DID! The spa/salon is absolutely gorgeous! Toni is great! She made sure I saw that everything was sterilized. Since my tattoo is pretty big, it takes a while... but talking to Toni for 3 hours at a time is actually pretty fun! :) The removal process is CAKE. Especially for those who have had laser before. Where I would say the pain of laser removal is a 12 out of 10, this process is about a 2. Just a slight scratching sensation at first, and then you're all numbed up and happy for the remainder of the session. (Thank God!!!!) And the results: Let's just say I almost cried tears of joy after the first scab fell off. What I have been waiting so long to be gone is pretty much GONE! There is no ink in certain places and just a little ink in the others. I would say after my next session I will be done and the ink will be completely gone! I am SHOCKED at how well this worked! Maybe it's from being so disappointed in the laser removal time after time... but really, I cried tears of joy! Thank you, Toni! You are amazing and I am officially your biggest fan! read more

Not only is Toni amazing-but her work is equally as amazing! I went in for the non laser tattoo vanish treatment- she thoroughly went through the process with me and thoroughly went through the after process as well which. Her treatment room is so cozy, clean, organized and what I like to call "zen" for "relaxing". She assured me everything was sterile and allowed me to look at how it was all packaged which also was really important to me. I never had tattoo removal before, not even laser so this was my first attempt at removal-the process is essentially painless. In fact I fell into a bit of a "twilight" nap during the process lol!!! For my tattoo, which is about 2x2 took about under 2 hours (I THINK if I remember correctly). The healing process is a bit of a pain but once that scab fell off exactly two weeks later- oh boy, was the after care process oh sooooo worth it!!! The result I had after ONE tattoo vanish procedure, was one I have seen on people who have had over five LASER treatments!!! I couldn't believe it. I know for a fact my entire tattoo will be gone in probably no more than two additional treatments! I'll post pix if I can figure out how lol Anywho. I'm leaving this review about 2.5 weeks out from my 3d eyebrows procedure. First off Toni is awesome! She's easy to talk to, the environment is very relaxing and soothing, she makes sure ur comfortable and always paid attention to ur pain level and whether she needed to apply more pain cream. I left the design up to her which she did an amazing job on and they look very natural. Initially I was shocked as my eyebrows looked so dark and thick. I wanted to get permanent eyeliner done. I checked the reviews on Yelp and I was very impressed with Toni's reviews. Toni was sweet and thorough. She told me about the whole process and stated how important the touch up is. She numbed my eyelids and she told me to keep my eyes closed. I thought she said don't keep them closed. I opened my eyes. Ouch! It stung a little. (Keep your eyes closed) When she tattoos the eyelids it felt like little vibrations. It almost tickled. She explained the recovery and after care to me. Just as she told me, my eyes swelled and they started to hurt a bit. Ice your eyes. She told me to do this and it was very helpful. I absolutely LOVE my eyeliner! At the touch-up she fills in little areas and it helps the makeup stay permanent. Don't skip the touch up! I read the few bad reviews on Toni's Yelp and I noticed that people who complained didn't get their touch up. Toni stresses on the first visit, before the procedure, how important the rich up is. I will tell you this, it did hurt starting about the first half hour after it was done. My eyes were puffy. One appeared bruised but in the morning the mark was gone. Follow the after care instructions and you'll do just fine. The pain lasted for about a day. A bit irritating, but it was SO worth it! My eyes are beautiful. All. The. Time. I was at a funeral and I cried a lot. No black makeup smeared under my eyes! I am impressed. I get compliments all the time. I wake up and my hair is a mess and I'm a mess, but my eyes look amazing. I was originally very scared and nervous to go through with this. But I have absolute no regrets. During my consultation, Toni focused on me and my requests. She was patient and understanding to my nervousness, and explained everything in detail before and during my process. Toni warned me that they would look extremely thick and dark at the beginning and they were, I actually freaked out a bit. It has been about a month since I had my eyebrows done and I have to say I LOVE THEM, they look amazing, and I haven't even done my touch-up. T-ology Beauty prices are reasonable, they have great specials and the process includes your consultation, the micro-blading, numbing, and an ointment to take home with aftercare instructions.
