I texted Miss Mariko for availability and time, she was very flexible and prompt to reach back and accommodate me in less than 24 hrs ! I have gotten lashes before but wanted to try something new, she showed me different options and styles and was so nice to suggest what would look better for me. The studio location was very easy to find, once inside I was very happy and comfortable its cleanliness, organization and set up. Mariko made sure I was comfortable ! Provided a blanket in case I got cold, as well as offered to turn on the AC in case it got too hot for me. At the clock tower plaza, park in the spots closest to the freeway. Her studio is on the second floor facing the freeway. Make sure to pay attention to the building number because the numbering gets a little confusing. There is lots and lots of parking available so no need to stress about finding a spot. EXPERIENCE: I booked my lash set online and prepaid. There is a discount for new customers, and you also get $10 off if you book your next fill session with her in person. She provides after care instructions on the back of her card, so smart so you always have it handy. I recommend bringing lash inspiration because she's comfortable doing many styles! She always delivers on what I ask for. Sometimes I show her a picture and sometimes I'm super specific. If you know exactly what you want, you can ask her if you could map/draw it out for her at the beginning before you start. I literally ask her "can you not put any lashes on the last strand and use size 8mm on the next, then size 9mm on this section...." etc. She is more than happy to accommodate.
