I did a keratin treatment, and because I have a thick long strong Asian hair, so it usually takes more time to do treatment. Renee is so good at treating Asian hair and I was surprised that she has lots of experience with Asian hair before. My hair comes out smooth, shiny, silky and much lighter than before. I apologized for not knowing a lot about hair, and showed Emily the picture of the hairstyle I wanted and tried to articulate any desires that differed from what was exactly in the image. I also asked her to keep in mind that I have really thick hair, and keeping it up and intact has been historically a Sisyphean task. In about a half hour I walked out with a great hairstyle for a great price! I was giddy about how great it had turned out -- an even better version of what I was envisioning -- and got so many compliments! About a year ago I paid for a similar style at Drybar for $90 before tip. It stayed up all right but wasn't very exciting. This one was much better and for $65!
