Eva is such a wonderful person to start with, but a more talented and thoughtful artist. She made me comfortable in an instant and had me trust her completely right when I entered her cozy and chic salon. She walked me through the process, asked for my opinion and offered suggestions. Halfway through, she showed me my "almost done" brows and i loved them already. But Eva is very particular. Very perfectionist! She went back and forth filling every tiny little spot she thought she missed. The overall experience was homey. Although, some discomfort was present (i'm not gonna lie). But when the numbing cream started working, everything was serene. My brows felt sore and tender for about an hour afterwards, but it was relatively mild pain. And was expected I was given clear instructions for the after care, too! And was told to come back for a second, complimentary appointment to touch up, to make my brows look their absolute best. But they already look pretty d*mn great if I do say so myself. Thanks to Eva!

Instead of arranging a proper replacement, I was offered the choice of waiting to be squeezed in or having technicians start and stop my service. I declined. I accepted a noon appointment with a substitute technician, rearranged my plans, and arrived on time, only to learn that the replacement would be another 20 minutes late because of car issues. For a salon charging above-average prices, this lack of professionalism and reliability is unacceptable. I only stayed because I was traveling the next day and had limited time to find another appointment. I will not be returning.

Today was my 2nd time going this time for a lash fill. I am overly pleased with my service experience. The studio is super cute and very clean. She does phenomenal lash work and has a great personality! Very personable! My lash fill today took only about 40 mins. The fastest lash fill I have ever had, and they look great! Getting lashes can be quite a long process, but at Bella lash, they make sure you are comfortable. Getting your lashes done requires a lot of maintenance, but it is well worth it. I would give up getting my nails done now over my lashes. A natural lash extension leaves you feeling beautiful with no makeup. They get some background information to make sure that you don't get any bad reactions and she checked with me through the process to make sure I was comfortable. The process took about an hour in total but it went by quickly as I chatted with the lash artist and she talked me through everything that she was doing. I was also given some aftercare tips and informed about eyelash growth cycles and I walked away feeling really good. You also get a eyelash tint with the eyelash lift. The bed they have you lay on is quite comfortable, they have you take off your shoes and jacket before getting on the table. No complaints there but it was a bit cold in the studio so I was quickly cold and looking forward to the session being done so that I could put my coat and scarf back on. One other thing I am also not a fan of is that they have no dividers in between their beds or anything. I am personally used to any beauty appointments being one on one and in private rooms or at least having more distance between me and the other customers. This studio is small, so if you are like me just be aware that you are close to other customers getting beauty services.

She would just say don't worry it will be okay after the swelling goes down. I waited 30 days and my left brow was still messed up. I had to pay the full price to correct her work. Then what really made me write this review is she texted me for the follow up appointment I told to cancel and she didn't even ask me why she knew the reason was because she had messed up my eyebrows. It was so bad that I would have never let her touch me again anyway. Luckily for me the other artist was able to make them look more even. If you don't want uneven brows please don't go there you can't trust all the good reviews all the time when it comes to something that important like your face.
