They are truly a one-stop shop for any wedding needs, which is perfect for a busy bride. From the beginning, they were so helpful - Heather was so responsive in answering any and all of my questions (no matter how small), and later on helped make all our signage, coordinated rentals, and truly designed our entire wedding based on my Pinterest board. I'm unfortunately very indecisive and had trouble deciding what I wanted at times, but she has so much expertise in this area that she somehow read my mind and designed a wedding more beautiful than I could ever imagine! Then on the day of, our lead coordinators Christina and Kendra took the reins and handled any issues that came up expertly. We had three separate ceremonies to honor our cultures and somehow even this was stress-free. We used their in-house florist, who was so easy to communicate with and made really beautiful flower arrangements. I felt like I was really able to enjoy my wedding, hang out with my guests, and soak it all in because I felt confident that they were handling everything behind the scenes. I do not know what I would have done without them! I cannot recommend the Three Sisters team enough!!

I recently got married at Hart and Main, and the team Tricia provided--especially Tiffany and Karlie--were nothing short of phenomenal. These two are incredibly talented and hardworking. They didn't just "work" the event--they owned it with grace, professionalism, and care. What truly made our wedding day seamless was their ability to anticipate every need before we even realized it ourselves. Our wedding took place during an intense heatwave, and Tiffany and Karlie went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were comfortable and cared for the entire day. From keeping us hydrated to bringing us drinks and appetizers in our bridal suite right after the ceremony--including our custom his-and-hers cocktails--they truly thought of everything. They also handled every single detail I brought to the venue--from bar signs and napkins to dinnerware and décor. I didn't have to lift a finger. They took my vision and brought it to life with care and precision, setting everything up exactly how I had imagined. They even double-checked with me on the little things to make sure everything was just right, and it absolutely was. There was a moment when the heat really started to overwhelm me, and I honestly think I would've had a meltdown if it weren't for their calm, thoughtful presence. She also made sure we had everything we needed to be prepared. She is truly a wealth of knowledge when it comes to putting together a wedding. On the day of, everything looked perfect thanks to Katie. I was not very specific about what I wanted but I brought all the decor and Katie made everything look amazing. We first spoke to Katie for an initial call and she was really knowledgable and friendly that I was sad to hear we would be working with another coordinator, but Emily happily jumped on a call to ease any worries I may have had. We went with the Month of Coordination service which allowed us to do most of the planning ourselves (most of our vendors were locked in early on, but MB provides a lovely list of vendors they've worked with in case it's needed). Emily had us fill out a very detailed questionnaire (you can tell they know what they're doing with the questions being asked) and went over every detail with us, including areas we were still figuring out. She was available for any questions I had as well leading up to the day, made sure to reach out to all of our vendors with the master timeline, and even provided some guidance for my cousin that was officiating for the first time. A big bonus is how many weddings they've coordinated at Walnut Grove that they're very familiar with the venue and the folks from Command Performance Catering. Emily led us through rehearsal the day before and made sure the actual wedding day went smoothly. She made it possible for us to focus on enjoying the day with our friends and family, but still keep on schedule with her gentle reminders.

There were no problems with any of the vendors and they all knew what they had to do and at what time. All thanks to Amber and her amazing managerial skills and timeline mastery.
