    Three Sisters planned our rehersal dinner and wedding and it was better than we could have imagined. They thought of all the little details and made the day perfect, taking all the thinking off of our plates so we could truly enjoy the day. The team brought such positivity and joy to the day and we are so thankful we hired them. Them having decor you can rent also made our lives even easier and added so much to the vibes of our speciall day. We had a loose vision in mind and they turned it into a stunning day!

    Heather and her team were incredible and made every part of our day perfect. We are coming up on our one year anniversary and we still have people comment on how much they enjoyed our wedding! We had a vision of what we wanted our wedding to look like but with so many options and moving parts, we were overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. Thankfully, Heather was there with us from the start. She sat us down, told us to breathe and put our vision on a dream board. She was extremely communicative throughout the process, always taking the time to answer our messages and calls, even went out of her way to see the layout of our venue in-person. On the day of our wedding, we didn't have to lift a finger. We walked into our venue and it was beyond what we expected. Heather and her staff worked so well with our vendors and made our dreams come true. We can't thank you enough! We love Three Sisters Events!

    I wanted to give a shoutout to Heather, Christina, Brittney, and Courtney and their team for the best wedding ever! Heather: She's really creative, helped us set some boundaries in the planning process, any worries we had, she helped us think through and come together a vision for the wedding. Also, I loved how she built a business to be a one-stop shop, and we had so many details we didn't have to stress about because we worked with her team! (rentals, bussing, service, clean up, printing, signs) Christina: Christina was closer to us, and was our day-of planner and managed our wedding half way through, and she did a fabulous job, making sure all our visions were executed on the day. I never had to stress about details during my wedding weekend, and she made sure of it. I appreciated her taking over communication with vendors as well, and letting us have a peace of mind. Courtney: I sent Courtney a pinterest board, and Courtney came up with flowers even more beautiful than I had imagined, and I was so happy with the flowers. The guests complimented on them all night, and it really made the wedding feel beautiful. Courtney also managed the rest of the night for us, and she was on top of it making sure everything was getting taken care of. I really could trust both Courtney and Christina with the day. Brittney: Brittney in one call really organized our wedding day and we were so impressed with her expertise and organizational skills! I don't know what I would have done without Three Sisters team. They made this experience more fun than stressful. We had a venue where we had to bring everything in, and it wouldn't have been possible without Heather's master mind and her team's incredible support.

    Five star experience! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Heather and her team for 16 months to plan the wedding of our dreams. Our wedding took place in Santa Barbara, CA and we had the luxury of Heather being on site for the day of our wedding. She was as helpful as we could ask for and more. Her attitude and approach to each situation and individual was always so positive. Heather would maintain this approach from the earlier stages of our engagement all the way to our wedding day. Our planning experience included monthly virtual discussions where we got the chance to not only discuss wedding planning topics but cultivate a friendship. Heather and her team provided feasible timelines with milestones and objectives. She was flexible with her scheduling to allow my wife and I to have discussions with her after our full time work schedules. This team was more than receptive to hearing our preferences and turning our vision into a reality. They would offer suggestions and never made it awkward for us declining any options that didn't fit our wishes. Working with this team requires a collaborative effort. My wife and I took thorough notes and reviewed them each month to reach our milestones and it was worth all the effort. Heather's company also have a very strong network of vendors to create an incredible wedding day. We used a DJ she recommended and he had our reception so freaking hyped with energy and fun. The floral provider was through three sisters and venue's level of decor was outstanding quality. 3 days before the wedding, we lost a makeup/hair artist and Heather was able to provide a potential replacement with fair pricing. And lastly, the vendors we sourced ourselves, Heather and her team so positively worked with them and collectively operated as a team. In conclusion, we cannot endorse this company enough. We fully expect to stay connected with Heather through our marriage and can only hope other engaged couples take on their services. We had 0 complaints and only wish our wedding day was longer so we could have gotten to engage with Heather and her team more.

    Heather helped us create the most magical wedding day, better than we could have ever dreamed!! From day 1 she listened to what our interests were and truly got to know who we were both as individuals and a couple. Heather became a friend to us over the last year and made the whole wedding planning process truly fun and enjoyable! We were lucky enough to work with her sister for our flowers the day of that turned out just as amazing and appreciated how much effort they put into getting us exactly what we wanted. The way Heather and her team pulled every together the day of was truly magical and we are so grateful we had Heather and her team by our side, we couldn't have done it without her!

    We own an entertainment company called Oh Watta Night Entertainment and we work with many coordinators throughout the year. We recently got to work 2 events together within a 30 day time period and BOTH went flawlessly because of this company. We have to say they are the most organized and coordinated and not to mention friendly company we have worked with in a while. Heather and her team completely had everything on time, communicated clearly, as well as were polite and even fun to work with! The bride and groom were over the moon for their services, and we worked together like we have been doing it for years. We just had to leave a review for this amazing company to let potential clients know you would be in very good hands, hiring their services, and believe us... WE KNOW THE DIFFERENCE!

    My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Three Sisters Events from start to finish. They did an incredible job and were so thoughtful throughout the process. We couldn't be happier with how our wedding unfolded. Everything proceeded smoothly with no issues (at least none that we were aware of!). Catherine (Cat) was our event lead along with Courtney who also headed up floristry. The decor & florals were absolutely beautiful. Somehow they were also able to completely surprise my husband and I by collecting all the gifts, cards, etc. and placing them in our airbnb along with an adorable sign and strewn flower petals and leftover cake!! Such a sweet touch. Our biggest thanks!!!

Instead, they forced us to pick everything up ourselves at the last minute because they suddenly "didn't have a driver." Fine, we made it work and hauled it all home. When it came time for pickup after the event, they hit us with a surprise $170 pickup fee--even though we live only 5 miles from their location in Ventura. On top of that, they tried to tack on a $70 gas fee for the short drive. None of this was ever mentioned upfront in the quote, contract, or any conversation. Zero transparency. When I pushed back and said we couldn't bring it back ourselves (which is why we rented with delivery/pickup in mind), they basically shrugged and said tough luck--they knew we had no other option and squeezed us anyway. This feels straight-up predatory. They bait you with one price, change the terms to inconvenience you, then slap on massive hidden fees when you're stuck. Customer service was dismissive and unapologetic--no refunds, no credits, no accountability. They clearly take advantage of people who are already stressed planning events. I've heard similar stories from others about surprise charges and poor communication. Save your money and your sanity--rent from literally anyone else. This place is not worth the hassle or the extra costs they sneak in. Avoid Ventura Party Rental at all costs!

I had a vision in my heart for how I wanted the ceremony to feel and look but I didn't know how to bring it all together. Brittany not only made it happen, she brought it to life even more beautifully than I could have imagined. But what truly set her apart was the way she cared for me. I felt like she was holding my hand through every step, not just as an event planner, but as a deeply kind and empathetic person. She understood what I was going through, and she showed up with such grace and support that it carried me through. One moment I will never forget: right before the ceremony began, I was standing in the back behind all the seats filled with emotion, everyone waiting on me. Brittany looked me in the eye and gently said, "You got this." And somehow, in that instant, I found the strength to walk forward to the front row and sit down to begin the service -- to say goodbye to my husband. Later, during the reception, I wasn't eating or drinking anything. She came over and softly asked, "Red or white?" She brought me a glass of wine with such care, and I realized she had also asked the waiters to keep circling back to me with food. She noticed I was fading and made sure I was looked after. She didn't have to -- but she did. That's who she is. I could go on and on about how beautiful the ceremony was--and it truly was--or about how Brittany's talent as a graphic designer leveled up the event signage and the keepsake , or how she skillfully negotiated the best deals with every vendor. But what Brittany gave me was something far more profound: strength, kindness, a steady presence, and genuine human empathy. That's rare. Everything you need to throw a safe and fun party is delivered right to your door. The box was completely custom with amazing personal touches and so much attention to detail. His cake topper was so cute and makes a great keepsake for memories. It was easy to set up and the convenience of having everything right at your doorstep cannot be beat. Balloons, cake, candle, decorations, party favors, plates, cups etc! Being a full time mom I appreciated having everything taken care of so I could just focus on the day and enjoy his party. Would absolutely recommend this service to anyone looking to celebrate a birthday.

    A recent wedding in Oxnard brought us to this beautiful turn of the century mansion located on the…read moreback side of port Hueneme at NBVC - this enormous building and manicured grounds were once the family home of former California Senator Thomas R. Bard, and completed in 1912. From the formal entry foyer, to the grand bar and lounge area, the double staircase leading to the upper floors, several huge rooms downstairs complete with a dining room and banquet room that even has a stage. Along with multiple smaller parlor rooms available for both the bride and bride's maids and the groom and grooms men. There is even a gazebo outside in the back court yard for outside events, as it was for the wedding we attended. There is lots of great floor to ceiling glass windows along the inside of the mansion's interior court yard allowing natural sunlight to fill these rooms. Which makes the whole space look even larger than it already is, in this 17,000 sq. ft. plus building, that boosts of 12 bedrooms, with 7 full baths and 4 half baths. The Bard mansion is a wonderful venue for special events and for the area is a bargain by today's standard, in the greater Ventura area. This facility is also staffed. Most of the staff were very professional, though follow through on some requests were handled poorly or completely ignored. The wedding planner assigned to the function was often missing in action during important parts of the ceremony (like calling all the guests to be seated for the wedding and again for the dinner), as well at one point she disappeared only to reappear clothing changed with her husband a child in tow (the bride did not approve) and the bar tender(s) completely ignored the bride and grooms request on the open bar (ran the tab over by $300+) to close the bar tab when it hit their budget ($1200), leaving them with a $1500+ bar tab at the end of the night. All in all, this is still a wonderful building with great architecture and an awesome space to hold a special event. You may want to bring in your own staff though. Would have been 5 stars except for the staffing issues as stated above, these were both important issues to the bride and groom and they were pretty much ignored or mishandled by the staff involved. 3.5 - rounded up instead of down. 00316
