I made the horrible mistake of ordering a Mother's Day gift & flowers from 1-800-Flowers, 3 weeks in advance, and neither of the items I ordered arrived for Mother's Day. From start to finish of my planning, Caitlyn was always there for me no matter how many times I changed my mind or needed to ask her questions. Caitlyn also never treated me like the crazy bride I was, literally planning my wedding for two years and obsessing over the flowers from day one, she was always so relaxed and nice! She also was very helpful with the design of other aspects of my wedding and helped when I needed advice and helped me source candles, table numbers and even recommended vendors she had worked with before. Additionally, I was working with a very tight budget especially for flowers and Caitlyn literally made it look like we spent so much more. She had great ideas for how to best utilize the budget, what to cut out and even though I wanted mostly tropical flowers she was very creative with other flowers that were less expensive, but still worked with what I wanted. Caitlyn also was so incredible she stayed during my event to transport flowers from the ceremony to the reception so nothing was wasted! She also has a really great selection of vases and other supplies that you can rent from her. And my bouquet, don't even get me stared... It was AMAZING!!! I had shown Caitlyn some photos and rambled on and on about what I wanted, she translated all that and nailed it! It was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, it was perfect! Lastly, Caitlyn seriously goes above and beyond, I had a very complicated venue, a million moving parts, a ton of vendors and she really stepped it up and I know she is the reason why my wedding was so gorgeous and went so smoothly!!! read more

Caitlyn is a bride's dream. She is easy going, gets the job done and does it well and made me feel very relaxed. The flowers we talked about and the pictures I showed her were exactly what I got at my wedding. She spent time going through a few different styles, showing me different colors and variations that she had done in the past and we looked at pictures together on Pinterest to come up with the right mix of flowers. I wanted something different, but interesting to look at. I wanted my bridesmaids to have this particular flower with babies breath (anemone) and my groomsmen to have thistle. She did a great job blending and softening everything. They were delivered right when she said she would bring them, they were fresh, packed well, and she even decorated the cake for us. Meant to post this a while back, I don't often bother rating places but I came in here on Valentine's Day and let's be honest I was a little late to get the flowers for my girlfriend. Either way I came in and she was so incredibly helpful that if I could I'd give more stars. While she was out of the flowers I was hoping for it ended up not being a problem, she created a beautiful bouquet closely resembling the flower I was hoping for and couldn't have been nicer about the entire interaction. I will 100% be going here from now on for all my flowers. I highly recommend this Fleur de Rye. Not to mention, when I originally called looking for the flower I wanted she was very honest in saying they were out of them and even gave me names of 'bigger shops' nearby that may carry more of that flower, after calling the other shops that were much more rude and short with me I decided screw it, she was helpful and instead of looking further decided to see what she could do for me, I wasn't surprised at all with how well I made out when exiting the shop and want to say a sincere thank you for your positive customer service. read more
