DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! As a first-time visitor, I stopped in hoping to quickly purchase a flower arrangement. A young woman from the back kindly came forward to assist me, but before we could get far, the woman at the register interrupted in a rude tone--no greeting, no courtesy. She didn't ask what I was looking for or offer any alternatives. She abruptly informed me that they only do custom arrangements and nothing would be available until later. The interaction made me feel unwelcome, and as I was leaving, she shouted, "NEXT TIME CALL AHEAD." Definitely not the experience I expected. read more

Their online ordering system is quick and easy to use. I ordered sympathy flowers Sunday night and they were delivered without a problem on Monday late morning. The pricing for florals and delivery was decent considering how expensive flowers get around Mother's Day. I haven't checked out the shop in person and can't speak to their customer service outside of the online system but I'd definitely use them again. read more

I got the most beautiful arrangement on Valentine's Day from this florist! I waited to see how long the flowers lasted before writing my review - two weeks later, and while some of the flowers are spent, I can still change the water and create a smaller arrangement out of the many flowers left. The lilies were a perfect mix of closed buds and open blooms, so that the arrangement looked great the first day but there are still flowers blooming now. There was a nice mix of greenery as well. I ordered an arrangment for a celebration of life event. I worked directly with Shoshawna (apoligies if misspelled). Her and the owner made the most beautiful arrangment! My friends mom who passed away saw feathers before her passing and feathers have become a symbol of her late mother. I asked if they would add feathers in the arrangment. They said no problem. Her favorite color was lavender and she loved daisies too! They went above and beyond to make a show stopping arrangment. The cost was so reasonable with delivery included too! We're at full capacity. What? All I wanted was some Lilacs. I called two days in a row to see if you got any more in from your vendor. You told me over the phone that you did have some Lilacs but you're "pretty sure" that they are taken. You mentioned that you get a shipment in daily, so I thought I'd try my luck tomorrow which is today. That's when I got the "full capacity" response. I'm not sure what that meant but I said, "thank you" and hung up. I recently got a gorgeous bouquet from this shop and spent $60. It was not cheap and it was beautiful. I don't understand why I wasn't offered something else, anything else by this florist. I understand that with Mothers Day they're busy but am I not worth their time? I guess not. RUDE AND SHAME ON YOU GUYS! I usually shop here a few times a year. I guess I'll shop elsewhere. I'd also like to add that the last time I went here in person, almost 1 month ago, they directed me online because of Covid. Excuse me? Yes I was wearing a mask but I was told at the door, to look online to make my choice. What happened to look and smell the flowers? Something is wrong with these people. And by the way, I am fully vaccinated and was at the time of my visit. Trader Joe's is a better bet and even Vons flowers. Buy a $2.00 vase from a thrift store or $10. vase from Vons to create your own bouquet. The Growing Company is not worth the hassle and discriminating behavior. Just plain weird. read more

Oof. Twice now I've received gifted arrangements from Growing. The first time, part of the order wasn't delivered but once we notified them, they sent it the next day so points there. Late but order filled. But both times, the $100 bouquets were straight from the Vons buckets by the door. I mean...??? This isn't even about aesthetic. It's straight up a couple of gerberas, a couple of lilies, a wilty sunflower and a stick of fern to call it a day. I was raised in a flower shop. I know what local support can mean to a family. Prices are high these days but still. Pull out something smaller and more tasteful rather than a painfully obvious egregious markup. I'm sure they're lovely people there but to pull this twice? So sorry but we're out. Money's too hard to come by, especially when you're spending it on a joyful luxury like flowers. read more

I ordered a beautiful bouquet online yesterday and had it delivered today, it was so easy and everyone was so friendly!! I called late afternoon to confirm the delivery and they were very helpful. My friend I had the flowers delivered to said they were absolutely gorgeous. They were incredibly helpful and called me right away when they couldn't get up to the apartment to deliver them, I was able to call my friend and have her go down to pick up the flowers and I was so grateful they contacted me to make sure they were delivered!! It was my first time ordering online with them, but I have been buying flowers from them for 20 years. I remember getting all my boutonnieres in high school from them, and all of my bouquets since. I usually go into the store but knowing that online is so easy I will definitely be doing both.
