A MIRACLE THIS BUSINESS IS STILL IN BUSINESS. Ordered Mother's Day flowers. Paid extra for express delivery and extra for fuller bouquet. Flowers showed up four days after promised. Looked like a returned bouquet being that some of the lilies had their pollen cut and others had not... Was SMALLER than the regular size picture & water in the vase was already murky. I would absolutely listen to all the other negative reviews. If you value your time and money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST. Lesson learned. 0/10 read more

Worst company ever!!! My fiancé ordered 24 pink and yellow roses, a bear, balloons and chocolates and only got the flowers which were wrong! For $300?! Then they said they will return with a bear!! He called them and they blamed him so I called and the owner Ramiro also pointed blame on him. We know what was ordered. After an exchange in words, Ramiro sent me a text message with F bombs which I'll also be posting and send to BBB. Worst company I've EVER dealt with. Upon initial call, he became extremely defensive and started yelling at me so I delivered it right back which he didn't like so that triggered his F bombs. I would think twice before using this flower shop, the roses were discolored and also very wilted and dry. read more

I wanted to order a cross for my Mom, which is a FTD design and must be made to FTD requirements, which were 24" H & 15"W and Ramiro refused to make this cross to that required size! He said no one would make it larger than 12". I will also be reporting him to FTD because their floral designs must be made to their requirements! This cross is also offered in a 36" & 48"! What an amazing service! I needed a flower arrangement for a retirement event taking place in less than an hour, and A Miracle Florist pulled through! I was able to have a personalized flower arrangement put together in less than 20 minutes. And they were gorgeous! (I thought so, and so did the intended recipient). I've paid similar amounts for store-bought flowers but the quality does not come close (flowers are usually wilting in some places already...). I went to this florist planning to get a heart arrangement for my grandmothers funeral. I was charged 180.00. I found the same heart at the cemetary for 95.00 with no charge for delivery, a ribbon, and stand. This place wanted to charge me for a ribbon, a 2 mile delivery, and cheap flowers. I decided to cancel my order four days in advance and he wouldn't give me full refund. I ended up having to play 88.00 for the flowers which were half dead and the foam heart. Very disappointing and I wouldnt return to this flower shop ever again. I will never recommend them either. read more
