What an AMAZING experience!…read more I scheduled a Full Face, Eyes & Lashes and Upstyling hair appointment online. I was coming in from out of town for my daughter's wedding and I didn't know what to expect. EVERYONE was so friendly and eager to make me look beautiful! My makeup and hair exceeded any expectations I might have had walking in! Laura, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure I looked my very best. I brought my wedding outfit to change into, along with a portable steamer. When I mentioned that I was going to use the steamer on my skirt, she insisted on doing it for me. She didn't want my hair and makeup to be affected by the steam. When it looked like my husband was lost and wouldn't be able to pick me up in time for family wedding photos at the Nixon Library (just down the street), Laura insisted on driving me there herself. She got me there in time. Crisis averted. I really can't say enough about the GREAT staff, services, Laura, and my wonderful experience. It was AMAZING!!! I was hoping they'd at least last long enough to give beach wave vibes for my evening photoshoot... nope. Not even two hours later, all the curls had completely fallen out and my hair was straight. Thank God for BlowOut Parlor. I had my makeup appointment about an hour before the shoot, and while I was there I vented about my hair disaster. Even though the salon was PACKED -- every chair occupied and every stylist busy -- they were so understanding and somehow found the time to fix my hair. Completely saved the day and my maternity photos. This week, I went back in for a little self-care and once again they did not disappoint. I've been a loyal Drybar customer for years and typically come in at least once a week, often twice…read morea week. Unfortunately, my experience has become increasingly frustrating due to inconsistent service and customer care. One of the main reasons I continued coming back was because I was allowed to bring my own curling iron, which gave me the exact style I wanted and helped ensure consistency between visits. After doing this for quite some time without any issues, I was suddenly told I could no longer use my own curling iron. The change was communicated without much explanation, and the way it was handled left me feeling like my loyalty as a long-time customer didn't matter. Beyond that, the quality of the blowouts has been very inconsistent. Some visits are great, while others leave me feeling like I wasted both my time and money. When you're paying for a professional service on a regular basis, you expect a consistent experience. As someone who spends a significant amount of money here every month and has been a dedicated customer, I expected better communication and customer service. I truly want to continue supporting Drybar, but the inconsistency and lack of consideration for loyal customers have been disappointing. I have cancelled my membership and will not be returning after today.

Didn't look like the picture I requested and I had to fix the front a little at home but the curls were still nice and lasted noon till about 8pm. Make up matched my skin tone. Gotta love that! I have dark circles under my eyes and they were not visible!! Loved that!! I don't think that that the make up creased at my wrinkle. Loved that too. But it wasn't like the picture I showed. At home I had to lighten up the brows and take off some eye shadow. They've done my hair before and I loved it so I wanted to try it for my son's wedding. It wasn't as glamorous as I hoped, So I'm not sure if I'll use them or not for his wedding. Maybe if I go with the blow out vs hot iron curls. Price point seemed fair. I'll still go there in the future because they are local and have great blow outs.
