    I recently had some blinds put in by Budget Blinds. They were for a bay window so 3 individual…read moreblinds were needed. The salesman came and measured. When the installer came to hang them up there was a major problem. The plastic tops of the centre blind and the left blind touched but the fabric material did not. There is a glaring space between them. I called the salesman and asked him to come by to see them. He said no and that he would come when all 3 blinds were installed. To me his reply was a deliberate hot air delay tactic as he never did come over. In the meantime, a new blind was being ordered. When it came it too did not solve the problem. At this point, I told the installer that I was a very unhappy customer and wanted my money back and to take the replacement blind away. He took pictures of the space between the blinds. I don't even know if any one at BB saw them. The blind for the right side never went up. I phoned BB and spoke to a woman who said that they could not give me my money back as they were custom made and that they would go back to the company and would just be thrown away. Needless to say, I was upset. The next morning I called BB again and said to bring the blind back. It was for the right window. She said that the work order had been completed and that all the blinds were up. I said that they weren't. Back and forth our conversation went and she was insinuating that I was lying. Finally, she said to send her a picture of the windows which I did. I received a call from her right away apologizing and I was told that an installer was on this way with the blind for the right bay window. The blinds are now all up but that glaring space between the left blind and the centre blind is still there. I put the full blame of this on the salesman who didn't measure correctly. This was his mistake and as a customer I want it corrected.

Two of the battery packs…read morewere broken, and I called them if I could buy the replacement as I know the warranty is expired. What I got back is the supplier is stop manufacturing them and couldn't replace it. I asked her if they could retrofit them. She told me they don't retrofitting the blinds and recommended me to find someone to do it. No after-sales services at all......
