I was then told that Tara has a separate 48-hour cancellation policy and that I would still be charged a cancellation fee, despite that policy not being listed anywhere on the website. The whole interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth that I didn't even want to reschedule afterward. It felt really misleading and just poor customer service. I was also told that Tara's specific cancellation policy would be added to the website, but it still hasn't been. Posting this so others are aware, because there's no reasonable way to know cancellation policies vary by stylist if that information isn't clearly disclosed upfront.

People always ask where I get my haircut so I tell them I get my hair done by some hip Filipino down the block. Its all laughs and stories while getting the full experience. He even had a special cut named after me called, "the Lucas" in the early 2000s. They don't call it the Aria Sallon Show for nothing!
