The ladies who work here are polite, yet very reserved. Not a lot of chit chat going on. They do acknowledge you as a returning customer and try to get to know you and what services you gravitate towards. Communication is imperative if you don't want your brows done they want them. Speak up before she begins and tell them what look you're trying to achieve. On the weekends, it can be busier. I've always walked in but if you are having multiple areas threaded, you should discuss an appointment to avoid waiting. Without an appointment, you kinda just sit and wait and try to figure out who's next based on when someone arrived. There are males that come here and receive threading services. So if you're looking to get rid of or accentuate your unibrow, they can help with that. If you're new, ask for a punch card and bring it with you on your visits. After a few visits you can redeem for a free brow threading. Cash, credit card and contactless pay are supported here. I'm unsure if there is a restroom open to customers, I've never been there that long that I needed it. I would return here for threading services.

I've seen more males receiving brow threading in their quest to do away with their unibrow. Cash, credit and contactless pay methods are available. Make sure you get your punch card to work towards a discount on your 5th visit. There is also a hair stylist in the rear of the salon but it is separate from the threading services offered here. I can definitely recommend services here.

Now I need to wait for my brows to grow in to get them fixed. Not here though.
