I was told to pic a color, but, I have to be honest here, there was really no choice to make for me. They had very dull color choices and not very many which totally surprised me. I kept saying that nothing was interesting to me. Anyhow, finally decided (all the while being not happy with color). Might I add that this was the most expensive pedicure that I ever paid for and I have traveled all over the world. It was so basic, they don't even trim up the cuticles around the nail, they do nothing to the areas around the nails. NEVER had that happen before. They look horrible to me. She had to keep polishing one of the nails, or should I say half of my nail, over and over to try and get it right. (never did) Just a VERY TERRIBLE experience. Lesson learned. Will Never Go There Again. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

Speak up before she begins and tell them what look you're trying to achieve. On the weekends, it can be busier. I've always walked in but if you are having multiple areas threaded, you should discuss an appointment to avoid waiting. Without an appointment, you kinda just sit and wait and try to figure out who's next based on when someone arrived. There are males that come here and receive threading services. So if you're looking to get rid of or accentuate your unibrow, they can help with that. If you're new, ask for a punch card and bring it with you on your visits. After a few visits you can redeem for a free brow threading. Cash, credit card and contactless pay are supported here. I'm unsure if there is a restroom open to customers, I've never been there that long that I needed it. I would return here for threading services.

The older gentleman said he would, followed me to "the drier" and put a little more polish on one toe nail and left. The driers weren't working. You could still see the old color of regular pink toe nail polish on my toes and he missed large areas on more than half of my nails. They left me sitting for about twenty minutes while we waited for the wax lady to come back, she waxed areas on my face several times (luckily didn't lift skin) rather than pluck one or two hairs. At this point I had to ask someone to come and fix my toenails again. A different lady came and filed one down. Finally I asked that someone do it the right way--I'm no expert painting my nails but I could have done a better job. Finally then two different women got involved--who seemed to have some management? Role and they pretty much had to paint over all of it. Finally left and was home for over an hour and the toe nail polish sheered off my toenail. Went back and got it fixed. My boyfriend also got pedicure and his feet feel worse than before we went. I am fixing them today. On arriving back to the salon when I was getting my toenail fixed again, another lady had her eyebrows completely ruined and was trying to keep her cool. The lady who messed them up was not at all worried she messed up and was yelling. It was only when I was looking for the phone number I saw how bad the reviews are for this place otherwise I would have never have gone. Believe them. Don't waste your time, money, and appearance only to have to redo it or fix it yourself.
