There is plenty of parking even though its used by customers for neighboring businesses. You can follow this business on FaceBook or simply call if you want to be sure she's there prior to your arrival. Always kind and no matter how many people are waiting, she doesn't take shortcuts when sanitizing and preparing for the next patron. I've seen more males receiving brow threading in their quest to do away with their unibrow. Cash, credit and contactless pay methods are available. Make sure you get your punch card to work towards a discount on your 5th visit. There is also a hair stylist in the rear of the salon but it is separate from the threading services offered here. I can definitely recommend services here.

The owner was nice and greeted me and said she would be right with me. At 15 mins past my appointment time she said sorry I'm running behind I'll be with you as soon as I can. Finally at 1140 she says I can sit down, 40 minutes past my appointment time. The lady that was getting her nails done seemed happy(good for her I guess), but I made an appointment for a reason. I'd read the bad reviews, and decided to give the place a try anyways. Like I said, the ladies are nice and my nail turned out ok, but that didn't make the extra 40 mins worth it. Update(20OCT2018): So that denting happened the NIGHT I had my nails done. I paid $62 for nails that dented within hours and they didn't get started until 40 mins after my appointment time. Update(7:00PM same day) My thumbnail popped off.

The shampoo and style were exactly what I'd asked for. They use joico hair color (I may not be spelling this wring) color line. I regularly use Davines but did not notice a difference. Lastly I'd like to comment on the Salon itself: Contemporary , not overcrowded. Not too big you feel lost in the bigness but not too small to feel like an outsider. Best of all CLEAN. I tried this place several months ago. I got a keratin treatment that was left in for far too long…read moreand the heat used in the process was way too high. I believe the person that did this was named Paige. She was really focused on talking with the other stylists rather than keeping track of my timing. I even asked multiple times since I sat there for so long and she sort of blew me off and said "it's fine". My hair was so damaged as part of that process. Any styling tool I use even on the very lowest setting causes my hair to become crunchy and it just clumps together. Can't even comb through it. I spoke with a real stylist at another salon and they have given me tips for trying to work through this but the damage is done. Evidently a lot of conditioning treatments are needed and waiting for the damage to grow out. No, I did not go back in or call and tell them about this as I wanted nothing to do with this place. I have since spoken to a few people I know that tried this place once and they warned me not to go. Wish I would have spoken to them before I went there.

One of the nail techs ( she has honey blonde hair) spilled a chemical on my sister leg and this is what her leg looks like after. When I pick my sister up, she didn't even tell me that she spilled something on her leg and when I came back, she gave me the runaround and kept ignoring me and mopping, and it took for customers to try to help me out to figure out what was spilled on her leg until the manager came in.

I highly recommend her if you want simple bridal henna. I did it for my ceremony. It came out very nice. I have attached the picturea below. The color didn't come out as I expected though. The reason is I didn't keep the henna on my hand enough. I washed everything after two hours. So, it's highly recommend to keep the henna at least 4/5 hours for better color.
