I have absolutely NEVER rated a spa this low. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes before it began and walked into an empty waiting room. The minutes ticked on as my appt. approached and still no one was at the front desk. The owner exited a treatment room with one of her clients, and to my surprise, didn't even make eye contact with me. I was the only one in the waiting room. She proceeded to check her customer out at the register, then walked to the back of the building. No hello. No greeting. No eye contact. Zilch. Yikes. The front desk employee finally came up to the waiting area and didn't say anything to me, but shyly smiled. I ended up having to say that I had a 1:45 appt; it was 1:47. All she said was "yeah I think you're checked in already". Not "Cristelle is running late" or "I'm so sorry for the wait". Nada. The actual service by Cristelle was superb. My skin was THIRSTY for a hydrafacial! The extra arm/neck massage was so wonderful as well. She is a total sweetie and is great at what she does! I do remember booking my initial appt. with Rachel though, and there was no mention of why Rachel wasn't available that day. The only con was the music, which I gently had to tell her to change, because the lyrics were something to the tune of "you can undress me and touch my body", etc. Definitely not calming for what should be a relaxing appointment and experience. R&B is not relaxing :) After the appointment, Cristelle recommended several products and I walked away with a sunscreen that I'm very excited to try! A couple of days later, I booked another online appointment, this time with Rachel, because I chose a day I was available. I was called 10 minutes later, only to be told that "they like customers to stay with one provider", so I essentially HAD to be booked with Cristelle in order to stay a customer. Huh? I've never heard of such a thing. You need to let customers choose a day that THEY have free, not based on you wanting them to stay with the same esthetician. I'm sure this place has its regulars and that's great. But due to the lack of basic customer service skills and the fact that a customer can't actually choose an appointment date that works for THEM, you've lost me. I left feedback on the follow up form and never heard from the owner. Lastly is the alert system, which literally sent me 4 texts in a matter of 12 hours letting me know what my appointment time was. Way overkill. I almost didn't mention it, but I think it's noteworthy of marketing, is that the flyer for your upcoming event doesn't have a time on it. I know you know this, I'm just not sure why you would leave people with not knowing a time for an event. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, considering customers are what makes a business run.

No one seems to answer the phone when you call. Now they are changing hours from closing at 7 to 6. I had a horrible experience with a facial where I went to another esthesian and told me to do the opposite of what the owners of the salon.

I found it clean and comfortable. Forms can be completed in advance by mail or you can arrive early to fill out in the waiting room. The wait time to see Dr. Beck was reasonable at around 25 minutes after paperwork was turned in. I immediately liked her bedside manner and she hit it off with my daughter quickly. She was easy to talk to and had loads of smiles to reassure my daughter. I found her to be confident and knowledgeable during the exam. An immediate diagnosis and treatment plan was achieved in no time. A prescription was then provided. Dr. Beck is young, energetic and eager to lift her practice off the ground.
