This is one of the better coffee shop options in Charlotte's airport. I ordered the honey cinnamon latte (hot) and the bacon, egg, and cheddar panini. It was overpriced, but that's what you'd expect from an airport eatery. The sandwich hit the spot and the latte was quite nice. Service was prompt and friendly. The shop itself seemed clean, and they had many tantalizing pastry options as well.

matcha was fire, they offer oat milk and were friendly. The reason I give three stars is because you all need to beware of the muffins, it was the grossest muffin I ever tried to eat in my life, I feel like it tasted fake. No words, weird white grains & ugh - Never again. please do not get the muffins unless you want to waste your money & not eat, or do it and see for yourself. Maybe hopefully they will make better ones - * cross fingers

This market has become my go-to place before morning flights. The lines are pretty long but well worth it. I like it because I can make my coffee my way instead of ordering it. I like to add hot water to mine and here, I can do that. Of course, they had to give me the hot water, but I was still able to make it my way. They also have pre-made breakfast sandwiches, juices, breakfast bars, salads, and snacks. The lines are pretty long but well worth it and they move pretty fast. I like it because I can make my coffee my way instead of placing an order.

Stopped by for something to drink. I decided on the Malted Freddo, and it's delicious! It has espresso, malt powder, white or dark chocolate, and your choice of milk. I went with white chocolate and whole milk. 5 stars. Everything looked clean. There's interesting choices to drink. Most of the pastries were gone at 6pm, but that's not surprising. Service was friendly. Highly recommend.

Ordered some ready made hot panini with eggs bacon and cheese it was actually not bad for a hot and ready snacks. I also ordered iced caramel latte which was not that bad. The place has a shorter line than starbucks so we went ahead and tried this place on our way to our connecting flight. Service was pretty fast staff are pretty ok, the place was well kept and clean.

Giving this 4 stars *for the airport* got a latte which was better than Dunkin' or stabucks so that's a win, line was much shorter too. Mostly grab n go options for food. Picked up a chicken Caesar salad, they definitely need to give some more dressing with it, but overall- what you'd expect from an airport place. Lots of overpriced snack options too, but that's what ya get if you don't bring your own snacks. I loved the blueberry muffin, they slightly warmed it up and it was delicious.

Brown/Green Matcha Latte. They put coffee in their matcha lattes here. AVOID.

This review is for their Matcha Latte. Of the hundreds, maybe thousands of Matcha Latte's I've had in my life, this is the absolute worst version e.v.e.r. When I took the lid off, the foam was a weird green with brown tinge. I taste it and it tastes like coffee. I thought - please don't tell me they think a matcha latte means a "latte" (coffee or espresso with milk) with some matcha stirred in. I went to the counter to ask if they put coffee in their Matcha Latte since my husband had just gotten me one. Two members of the team looked at me incredulously as if everyone knew that and said "yes". I just walked away. Here's what the Internet, and my common sense says about Matcha Latte: How much coffee is in a matcha latte? Matcha latte is a delicious drink made with matcha tea, water and milk. See? No coffee to be found. Matcha Latte Fail And waste of good money.

The team member who took my order was nice. They had their "special cinnamon sugar matcha" on their board so I decided to give it a try. The team member making the drinks seemed annoyed that she had to make an iced matcha. I worked in the food service industry for years and even if you don't like making a certain item you don't do that in front of a customer. It made me feel super awkward. Thankfully the drink was made right in front of me or I would've been nervous about getting something extra in my drink. The matcha is just "okay." Not overly earthy, a little chalky, and not overly sweet. It'll do for today, but I wouldn't order it again. As always, I'll give anywhere another shot in case it was an "off day."

I asked for iced tea, and she said they were out, so I asked if she could create it by adding ice. The lady literally put a tea bag in cold water with ice without diffusing the tea bag in hot water for a few minutes lol. When I told her about this, she rolled her eyes at me, and with an annoyed tone said that's how they make it. She then said "Move over so I can help the next guest". Her tone was nasty. Luckily, her manager was incredibly nice, and redid the drink. He knew how to make it the right away! I really appreciated him, because I wasn't going to pay nearly $5 for a tea bag thrown on top of iced water. This lady needs to be retrained on costumer service.

It's right on the way to my yoga studio, so it's perfect for a quick in-and-out lunch, but honestly, it's also the kind of place where you end up lingering longer than planned. My usual order is the ABLT on rye with Boar's Head applewood smoked bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Simple, fresh, and consistently delicious every single time. I almost always pair it with the Spinach Bacon salad loaded with spinach, cranberries, goat cheese, tomatoes, toasted pecans, and brown sugar peppered bacon. The portions are huge and definitely shareable. What makes Rhino special is that it's more than just a deli. It's part neighborhood market, part coffee shop, part beer and wine stop, and part community hangout. They've got local products, grab-and-go snacks, fresh sandwiches, beer on tap, wine, outdoor patio seating, and sometimes even live music. It reminds me of the small independent spots I used to love in the Bay Area around Burlingame, San Mateo, and Palo Alto. Relaxed, local, welcoming, and full of personality. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere feels genuinely Charlotte. Not overly polished. Not trying too hard. Just good food, good people, and a place that locals clearly love. And if you are visiting North Carolina, you absolutely have to try Cheerwine at least once. It's basically a Carolina rite of passage. Cherry soda lovers will probably be obsessed. Me personally? Not exactly my flavor profile, but people here drink it like water, so clearly they are onto something. Rhino Market is one of those places that makes a city feel like home. Life is too short to not eat well, Charlotte. Get out there.

I picked this for a few reasons, the price wasn't insane, it can easily be eaten with your hands, and doesn't need to be warm. We got in the line, and soon realized it wasn't moving, somehow the one only person working the cash register was creating a bottle neck, and the 4 other people "working", were in no rush to get the orders through, they didn't jump on the other register or try to assist him, they were just sitting around waiting for the cashier to get the orders in. Once the orders got in, the others were quick to get them made and sent out, but no one seemed to have any sense to help the struggling cashier. I ordered a ham and provolone sub, which once ordered came out relatively quick. But in the end, I realized I had picked the wrong dinner option. The sub was pretty bad, they seemed to really drench the bread with oil, I think? It was very overpowering, and made everything greasy. All of the toppings were slipping out of the sandwich and I could only eat about half of the sub. One because of the flavor, and two because I didn't want that much oil to destroy my stomach on a cross country flight. This definitely has left a bad impression in my mind for any other future visits to Jersey Mikes, and seeing all the other bad reviews on here for this location, I hope someone will take notice and make some changes.

Title: If it's not in the shape of a wedge, it's not a wedge salad. WTF…read more Charlotte airport. Middle of the day. The restaurant is less than half full--four-tops and booths sitting empty as far as the eye can see. Meanwhile, every single traveler is wedged (ironically) into these tiny little two-tops that are about one-third shorter than a normal table. The very people most likely to need space are the ones being denied it. That's the whole reason solo travelers walk into places like this: space, a real table, somewhere to eat and knock out a little work between flights. So I ask politely if I could have a larger table. I'm told they're "for larger parties." I ask if I could sit in a booth. Same answer, delivered in that polite-but-pointed, bless-your-heart Southern tone. Darl'n. It gets better. The other half of the restaurant is even emptier. I ask again. Same answer. Different server. Same script. A small parade of hospitality lemmings. On my way out, the hostess suddenly notices the obvious: empty tables everywhere. She "finds" me a four-top. Moments later, she does the same for another single diner. Then another. Apparently the rules loosen once customers start walking. So: lousy hospitality, a faint mist of condescension, a smashed "wedge" salad that had clearly never met a wedge, and a $22 "therapeutic" cocktail to dull the experience.
