Most times the police will dispatch someone in the area to begin with or the vultures are listening and show up in groves. However, if you are coherent enough to choose who tows your vehicle, I would suggest you choose someone else. Reason number one, as with most of these places, this service is a complete and utter rip off! If you have no conscience and want to make easy money, this is the easiest way to do hardly a damn thing and make a killing. Again, that's if you like taking advantage of helpless people by holding their vehicle hostage. They towed my cousin's truck a couple of miles down the road, then stored it for only a 4/5 hours. The bill, a whopping $300! I realize this is the game, Speedy plays it well. I also realize 5-O probably wants a nice cut of the fee as well...smh #protectandservemy.... Reason number 2, and this is specifically about speedy's. Their office and where they store your vehicle is literally 15, maybe more minutes apart from each other. Who wants to go to one location only to be sent to another one to either pay or pick up your vehicle. And don't go to your car first because that's even more driving back & forth! Smh And last but not least, this place is hoarders central. Like seriously I would not be surprised to see them on the actual show. Unfortunately I got tired of waiting outside in the heat, so I went inside, reluctantly sat down in a seat and when we were finished getting my cousin's truck, I could not rest until I went home and showered. There is literally something in every nook & cranny on the wall, on the desk, piles of junk EVERYWHERE! As much money as this place probably brings in (they got another lady for $225 just that morning too) I don't know why it's so filthy on the inside and outside. So whether they turned it off or not-they drained my battery completely. 1 year and a half old battery shouldn't drain if turned off properly before hand. They had to jump my car and it barely started up. What they probably don't know is that it's a PUSH TO START so if they didn't push the button to the correct setting then they messed up. I called after verifying they battery was indeed dead- and the "Lady that runs the place" was super rude on the phone, very short and quick to say it's not their fault before hearing what I had to say. She then told me in a very unprofessional manner that she had someone else she was dealing with and I could call back later and tell someone about it but made sure to say there was nothing they could do about it anyways. YOU SHOULD NOT BE TOWING PEOPLES CARS AND NOT TAKE PROPER CARE OF THE CAR WHILE IN YOUR POSSESSION. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THEIR BUSINESS!!! NOW IM OUT ANOTHER $150 CAUSE THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME!!!!!

Kept my truck for 7 weeks and had to pay in advance the full amount. Even so they had my truck as collateral. No cash flow to cover the parts. Don't expect a discount, they are proud of their billing. When owner confronted why 3 weeks to diagnose the truck no substantial answer but closed on the weekend. The reality you are no longer a customer but a hostage. The parking lot looks like a junk yard on dirt. Better to get a detailing job after the experience. The cherry on the cake was sent home with no oil in the truck. Lucky I checked when at home. Made me question the integrity of the job completed. Time to go back to basic customer services and get little bit more humble with humility.

Unfortunately I had an oil leak at the rear main seal and I was unable to do the work myself. The challenge was finding a safe place and a lift. I started looking online to find a shop with great reviews. Lo and behold I can across STP Diesel Shop. I started looking at their reviews and saw nothing but great things. I was still hesitant but decided to go over to shop and talk to staff. Ed was very knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done. He even showed me some work that they were currently working on to put me at ease. He then scheduled me for a date of service and next thing I know I was dropping it off and hoping for the best. Ed keep me updated with progress and findings. He wasn't pushy about anything. He recommended a few things be down while truck was in shop. I have been driving the truck for about a month without any signs of leaking. New custom seal appears to be working great! Thank you STP Diesel for excellent service. Anyone who has a F250 and up you need to try this shop they have great service, EXCELLENT communication.

We are extremely disappointed at how they handled our situation today. A trailer needed a pin…read morereplacement (couldn't slide its tandems). These guys charged us over $460 for a pin that costs $10. They claimed they needed two hour minimum labor even though we went to their shop, not a road side call or anything. We tried to explain that this is overpriced but they blocked our truck and trailer and demanded full payment or they will lock the gate with our equipment and driver on their yard! Avoid at all cost!
