Went hear with my girlfriend since there isn't many boba shops around Ontario . Ambience was cool place to hand with friends and talk . The worker didn't seem to happy so that was a start. We asked for suggestions /recommendations and she just pointed to a list which was helpful lol. Anywho I ordered a mango smoothie and my girlfriend ordered tea. The tea was pretty bland and tasted like artificial syrup . It was decent for the most part . This place is amazing !! Was jonesing for some shaved snow (coconut) and found this gem on Yelp. The manager was super friendly and greeted us promptly when we walked in. It has a really cool environment , trendy with a really cool dine in area , even a coffee table with cushions for seating. Food is delicious. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake snow, popcorn chicken and tiger milk tea. The snow was huge and definitely took the 3 of us a lot of effort to finish. Popcorn chicken was flavorful, we ordered the slightly spicy version and I would definitely recommend it for people who can't do spicy very well but still want a slight kick. The tiger tea was okay and the boba was chewy and delicious. The only downside is that this place seems to be next to a school, so it attracts a younger and louder crowd. It was hard to hear my friend talking over the loud, rambunctious laughter of the high school crowd sitting on the other side of the room. I had a great time at Bearylicious. The customer service was amazing. The women helping me provided multiple samples so I could have a better understanding of the flavors. This was my first time here and she was able to make some great recommendations. I ended up getting the macha green tea smoothie and thai tea. They both tasted really good and I would order it again. After I ordered my food, I was told that there were games that we could play as well. Off to the side were uno, cards, chest, and boardgames. First off the menu can kinda throw you off but the staff is so sweet . They pass out different testers of their drinks and help you pick which drink you would enjoy . The atmosphere of the place is very cozy and I really love their bear logo bottles you can reuse after your done with your drink ! It's been a long time since we've been here. I usually phone my order for the family. I should have seen (or known) the signs when I phoned my order that something changed: 1) Truc didn't pick up the phone; 2) when I ordered pistachio smoothies--lady on the other line said they only serve pistachio slushies (Anyway, I said ok thinking it'll be tasting delicious) and 3) an order number wasn't given to me. Anyway, I got there and a friendly guy assisted me and gave me my order all bagged up. When I started distributing the drinks--our usual pistachio drink looked different. I went back inside the shop and showed the two pistachio drinks. I said they don't look like the drinks I ordered when Truc was here (I know it's a slushie--but I would have thought it would have a light green in color as well). Young lady said that they are under new management. So that's why everything seemed different! Anyway, pistachio slushie didn't taste like pistachio (it tasted like a lighly flavoredbrown sugar syrup or honey flavored drink with boba) and the Beary tea tasted off--like "something was missing" based from a family member. As you can tell by the infrequency and average ratings that I give (this is my second review and both have been 5 stars in 4 years as a registered Yelper), I post a review when everything is above and beyond my expectations. Bearylicious far exceeded my criteria for posting something. I'll give a few highlights of why you should find the time to make a trip here. When you first arrive at the store, you'll immediately notice the adorable "UnBearably Good" decor with the business's bear mascot painted on the wall. This definitely says "hey, prepare yourself from desserts that will momentarily transform you into a kid." Ordering your drink or snow treat is very straight forward. Menu is easy to read, clear, no problems at all. Though I'm an avid boba fan I was in the mood for a smoothie; I bought the Berry Banana and was thoroughly pleased. Many smoothies can be overpowered by one fruit but I could easily discern each fruit comprising my drink. I saw a family sharing what looked to be a satisfying snow dessert with strawberries and mango, and if the near empty plate by the time I left was any indication, it seemed well worth their money. Most noteworthy of my whole trip was the service. I ordered my drink from Kwah (hope I spelled his name right; it's "pronounced like koala bear", he told me). As I waited for it to be prepared we struck up a conversation about where we are from, what we are doing now, etc. I know some customers might be uncomfortable with that level of interaction while trying to buy a drink but I like to know that the person behind the register is a person too. Working people in any industry deserve to have their humanity recognized, and I was genuinely glad to have got to know a little bit of Kwah's and share some of mine. If you are anywhere within a 30 mile radius of this place, get yourself there, grab a drink, and get to know Kwah and his coworkers - you'll be glad you did. read more

Not sure what happened but my order I got was not what it should be. First I waited for a long time for just 3 drinks. Then when I took a sip of my order 1/2 sugar milk tea it was full sugar and it was milk green tea. I read the review on yelp so had high expectations. Very disappointed. read more

Recieved an update from the owner, despite her reply. She implied my taste could be the reason why I did not like it. Um no. I know boba very well and make it at home when I can and have been drinking it since I've had teeth. They're other drinks are fine, just based on my experience be wary because I was kind of screwed over by the manager saying it's my fault I didn't like the drink. Thank you to the owner who informed the manager on proper customer service because a small business needs to keep clients and I do recommend to many friends my favorite boba places as well as my BAD experiences at certain ones. read more

I come here at least 4 times a week for my boba fix. Move over Tpumps, thiiiiiiis is where it's at!!! Although ive tried tons of stuff from the menu, my favorite is the thai tea slush and the merp tea which comes with strawberry bits. I use the thai tea to stay up for late night writing sessions, and It's so yummy! Their green thai tea is different but definitely good too as well as their acai bowls. If I'm ever in the mood for snow, I'll get it with lychee and condensed milk. Only thing I am not a big fan of is the snow milk teas (only because it's too icey for my taste). I actually prefer the slushies over the snow, especially the thai tea slush and mint passion fruit slushie... Yuuuummy! Their mango chamay mexican drink and taro is probably the only drinks I won't order again, but other than that, you really can't go wrong here with most choices. And omg, they have a ton!!!! I went there because T-Pumps was closed for reconstruction. I regretted it entirely. First of all, there was ONE lady working the counter and the bar during LUNCHTIME! Soooo of course the wait reflected that ... but not a little... a LOT. Originally when we walked in we saw a group of 3 people sitting at a table so we assumed the people had been hanging out there enjoying their drink... well they weren't ! They had been waiting there already a long time. All in all, I ordered 2 drinks ... (before knowing all of this) and it took 30 minutes to get my drink, which also resulted in my being late back to work from lunch .... which is not normal given how close I work. Got the Sunset Bliss and my sister got the Sweet Kiss. It was like drinking straight simple syrup. The drinks are extremely, overwhelmingly sweet. I've been to many, many tea places and their normal level of sweetness are nowhere near as sweet as this place. Even adding water to these drinks could not even it out. The flavor concepts are good and creative, but that's it. Maybe I'll give the snacks a shot next time to see if my mind can change. I am pretty disappointed. read more

This place made a bold move opening right across the street from tpumps I first thought. But as time went on I realized this place you can actually taste real flavors, not just syrupy globs of flavor. Maybe they do use syrup, I don't know, but whatever they do it's delicious. The toppings are great. The tea with the foam on top and aloe Vera inside is really refreshing on a hot day. My favorite is the rose tea with the foam cream stuff on top and reduced sugar. They're really helpful if you're looking for a new drink and can't decide. read more

It's a nice place if there aren't any high schoolers there being loud. Twice, I have came and I didn't even want to be in there because it's so loud. There would be 20 of them in that little corner hanging out. But I get you can't just tell them to be quiet as maybe a couple of them are paying customers. Anyways, the popcorn chicken is very tasty. The milk teas are tasty. The teas are tasty. Customer service is on point. They're very knowledgeable, kind, give you samples, etc. The only thing that bugs me is that they don't clean the tables, chairs, and the number cards at all or often or with some solution that takes off the greasy oils. Every single time I go here, the cards they give us is nasty and oily as hell. I'd walk out of there like EW. I wish they'd just clean it with water and soap! read more
