I chose to go to Cinderella's Closet over a similar store in Covina. The staff in Covina were rude and indifferent to me everytime for years! Back to Cinderella's Closet - I arrived a bit early and I was greeted at the front door with a smiling welcome by Dana (?) and she knew my name as she opened the door. It had been almost 2.5 years since my last breast prosthetic replacement. My body had changed and I felt like I needed a smaller sized prosthetic. Sandra, was the fitter who help me. Sandra has 29+ years of experience with fitting bras on woman (remember the Wizard of Bras in Monrovia? She worked there for many years). Her experience and ability to listen found me a perfect fit - not what I thought I needed but she found me something even better! I am very happy with the results. The fitting room is calm and serene and I was completely comfortable during the entire time with Sandra. The store is lucky to have her. Thank you Sandra. If you're tired of rudeness, the cross-sell of related products, or had a bad experience in another store - you need to come here to be treated with respect, kindness and compassion. If you're a first time client - it is not a comfortable situation and you need someone who understands your emotions when it involves your body - you will find it here, that connection. Cinderella's Closet in Rancho Cucamonga is the model for a great store. Thank you to the staff at Cinderella's Closet - you made my experience pretty terrific! See you in a couple of years. I highly recommend this store.

She really knows her products! She also persuaded me to get 2 more since they were on BOGO and found me a better replacement for one since she found some pilling on one. She looked up my account and looked up any other deals I had and tried to encourage me to buy $30 more to be able to use a discount. When I said I was ok she didn't pressure me which I appreciated. She bagged them all in the cutest perfect bra bag. Most importantly, she asked me for my name, said it surprisingly perfectly, and remembered it when I left and thanked me by name! She is the model of perfect customer service.
