She really knows her products! She also persuaded me to get 2 more since they were on BOGO and found me a better replacement for one since she found some pilling on one. She looked up my account and looked up any other deals I had and tried to encourage me to buy $30 more to be able to use a discount. When I said I was ok she didn't pressure me which I appreciated. She bagged them all in the cutest perfect bra bag. Most importantly, she asked me for my name, said it surprisingly perfectly, and remembered it when I left and thanked me by name! The answer we received back was there was only designer shoes and could not afford them. We brushed it off but shortly after we heard her scolding an employee for allowing my grandma to utilize the restroom then going inside startling her. It was very unfortunate as we saw multiple items we wanted to purchase but was dissuaded for continuing to shop.
