I fell in love with the Grogg coffee and found it to be a perfect pairing with the sweet oatmeal. Sadly, I learned that Ibis Coffee, where they get the coffee, is discontinuing it soon. But a wonderful staff member pointed me to an alternative that I could buy and take home to try, which I did. I'm sure it will be wonderful! There's a nice seating area in the back with a small couch and a few books to enjoy while you're there. Be sure to abide by the "no PDA" rule which is handwritten on a piece of paper taped to the ceiling. I thought that was funny and wondered what kind of shenanigans this cafe has seen to have to enact such a rule. No matter. I'm just here for the coffee and conversation.

We ordered 1 fish burger and 1 big burger, add cheese, tomato and no onions. The burger was hot but there was no cheese and no tomato for which we paid extra for. So I had to add the cheese when we got home. I didn't have a fresh tomato so I couldn't add that. The Fish burger was dry and had no sauce on it at all. The fries that came with the burgers were cold and there was maybe 12 in one bag and maybe 20 in the other. The drinks we ordered were 2 medium Fresh Limes. They were basically sprites. They each had one small lime and we could not even taste the lime. Even with 7 or 8 people in there working they could not get orders right. When you spend nearly $30 on a meal for 2 you expect to have your food done right like you ordered it. Several of the workers could not keep things straight. Step it up Macks you need to do better.
