Took our money for everything and couldn't give us our milkshakes or a refund. The whoppers were lukewarm and the cheese didn't even melt on the Addams Family burgers. The toppings were sparse. I just shoved the food in my back seat as it's so cold it doesn't matter if we eat it fresh or not. I haven't had Burger King in years and this just reinforces my beliefs that the food is never good. Oh and the purple buns are very hard. The meat also seemed undercooked and looked like McDonalds patties as there were no char marks. It's kinda puffy and gray. Employees claim policies constantly change like charging for sauces that should come with chicken fries, or not ringing up the duo and trio deals. Also takes a long time to get food and some employees are just plain rude. read more

Worst burger king ever. ordered the food and it was ready in 2 minutes. The fries and the onion rings were cold.under cooked and COLD.... I ask if they could heat them up and they just gave me more uncooked fries and rings. they could have cared less. What a horrible experience. The chicken Sandwich was not cooked. We just took a bite and threw it away. 20. dollars and it was tossed. they gave me a dollar change and I had to ask for another as the bill was ripped in half. The restaurant did not know how to honor an electronic coupon and refused to do anything I suggested to make the meal the equivalent price (throw in a bottle of water). In addition, the lady who took my order agreed to throw in a bottle of water as equivalent compensation for the coupon that the machine would not except but the manager made her charge me for it. Why would you lie to a customer? Why would you not throw in a cheap bottle of water in In lieu of accepting a valid coupon if you're not able to process the valid coupon? Why would you take 10 minutes pissing off the other customers in line such that they offered to pay the difference of the coupon? We had the weridest experience at this restaurant. They asked if we were professional truck drivers and said they were only open to them. It's never mentioned anywhere or in anyone's review. Clearly they used this as a lame excuse to refuse to serve us. Shame on them. read more

Came in around 9pm, three people behind the counter one of which wandered around with a clipboard for the majority of the time I was here. Which was well over 20 minutes for a burger and onion rings. All three would have been out passed by a sloth. read more

Great customer service! After being refused service at Wendy's across the street. We walked in and were helped immediately and with a smile! And we were allowed to sit down and enjoy our hot and FRESH food before getting back on the road, even during Covid. Will definitely stop here again if needed. read more

I have been to this Burger King lthree times in the last two weeks, and I always order a BK Fish with cheese, onion and tomato, and they have yet to get it correct. It's on the receipt, but I never get the extra things. And they are super super slow! The worst location I've ever been to. We were there 9/9/20 at roughly 6:30pm. There were only two employees behind the counter when we walked in, and one off work employee leaning on the counter chatting with them. We were the only customers. Our order was taken so we went and got our drinks. The soda fountain area was filthy, with syrup goo everywhere and straw wrappers overflowing all over the ice drop area. We tried to find a clean table, but even the tables marked sterilized had obviously not been touched as there was visible food crumbles and sticky spots on them. Our order can without napkins, and the tiny slice of tomato on my order was rotten. They all went back to chatting and ignoring the mess. We certainly want the owners to know they have a problem here. read more

Took thirty minutes to get out order, bugs are covering the windows, orders were incorrect (but at least we actually got ours unlike some other customers trapped there). We had just finished our burgers when a woman walked in and told other diners they were brave for eating there. Stranger Things promotion is appropriate as this place appears to be straight from the upside-down. read more

Came in after the box Elder county fair rodeo! Service was quick at the drive thru. The gal taking the order was polite and friendly. Read the message back correctly the first try! The food was prepared fresh. The only thing I wasn't pleased 100% with was my dollar menu Jr Whopper was a little over cooked! This place needs a deep clean. The dining area is so uninviting because everything is worn out and unsanitary. Finding a table that's been wiped off is a chore. The kitchen looks cleaner and the food is consistent with BK standards. Just avoid the dining room. Which if a shame because it's connected to a convenient store with lots of snacks. It's absolutely disgusting that truck drivers are working around the clock to try and keep this country moving during a crisis, risking their own health and safety to make sure people are fed and they come in to get something hot to eat and the girl working your counter not only tells 3 drivers she's closing 45 minutes early, but has the balls to laugh when they ask where else they can get a hot meal. I know people being laid off from their jobs right now who would gladly take her place and they would stay until every driver is fed, because they recognize how important these drivers are now. read more

I don't have false expectations when going to a fast food restaurant, especially one located in a small town, just off the freeway, housed in a gas station / convenience store. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and, more so, that they got our complicated order correct. The staff seemed very young. The cleanliness, at first glance, was what you might expect. The team took good care of us. The were friendly and we enjoyed our meal. We would stop again, if we were driving through and were hungry or stopping to get gas. read more
