When our perch came out we could tell they were over cooked but were planning on just eating them and not making a big deal. Rick suddenly drops another 12 pieces in front of us and says "I wasn't proud of the fish I gave you guys so have these on the house." Phenomenal service and was so far beyond my expectations.
