Staff was polite, the food came out pretty quickly, and everything felt organized. Burgers were simple but solid quality, fries were fresh, and overall the experience lived up to the hype more than I expected. After living in California for awhile I have came to expect it take awhile to receive my food. The only thing that could have been better with our experience was that our table was very dirty and the lobby over all needed a good wipe down which is not something I have seen at a In-n-out before.
